Furniture maker Matt from Norfolk and textile designer Jess from Somerset are stepping into Dom’s makers’ bootcamp.

Ex-musician Matt uses traditional methods and hand tools to create beautiful furniture but has a confidence problem. Mentor Bruce Kenneth needs to find a way of getting Matt to believe in his work and speed up production. It’s a big job, but Bruce is a man on a mission.

Textile designer Jess found her passion for fabrics whilst experiencing postnatal anxiety. She has bags of talent, but she’s focused on making cushions. Will mentor Piyush Suri be able to help Jess broaden her product range and start making the money her skills deserve?
