- A pacifist lawyer's husband is accidentally killed during a home invasion. One of the culprits is caught, and his deranged brother begins to threaten the lawyer that if his brother isn't released, he will violently retaliate.
- In an intern college, Teresita is a teenager and the only daughter of a rich couple. She starts being troubled by loud sounds and the scary visions of a tall man in black walking towards her menacingly. Eventually, she kills her own mother but it's ruled as an accident. No-nonsense Doctor Bebeau prescribes electroshock treatment as the only way to cure the girl, but neither the lady doctor, nor the teachers at the college would listen to him. A lady doctor takes the poor orphan in, and upon their first meeting, the girl attacks the doctor and knocks her around the room. A priest is called him to try to wrench the devil out of her body.
- Curro is a 16-year-old boy who actively seeks to lose his virginity. He falls madly in love with a prostitute who is 10 years his senior.

The many adventures they have while doing this, while often amusing, help drive home to them that the old wives' tale about storks bringing babies is just a myth (hence the title), and pregnancy and childbirth are actually very serious matters.
