A pharmacist is murdered, and a woman happens to see the culprit leave the scene. She soon finds herself being stalked by the killer, and when her boyfriend tries to discover who the murderer is and stop him, he begins to find out that there is much more to the murder than the ordinary killing it first appeared to be.

"Il mio corpo con rabbia" is a 1972 Italian drama film directed by Roberto Natale. The lead actors are Peter Lee Lawrence as Paolo and Antonia Santilli as Silvia. The film tells the story of Silvia, a young woman from a wealthy family who feels deep resentment towards her parents, especially her father, and seeks escape in drugs. After a stay in a Swiss psychiatric clinic, where she refuses to cooperate with her therapists, Silvia meets Paola, a young man with problems with the law. Hiding him in her flat, she becomes involved in a relationship that is supposed to be an escape from her problems, but does not bring the expected relief.
