Youngest of six children of Carlos Alberto Cardoso de Saro Negrão and wife Maria Julieta Rueff de Magalhães Tavares, maternal granddaughter of the 1st Count of Figueiredo Magalhães Nobleman of New Coat of Arms of de Figueiredo (crest) and de Magalhães with crown of Count and 1st Viscount of Gumiei Nobleman of New Coat of Arms of de Figueiredo (crest) and de Magalhães with crown of Viscount.
