- Necrobutcher wurde am 13 April 1968 in Norwegen geboren. Er ist bekannt für seine Arbeit an Lords Of Chaos (2018), Once Upon a Time in Norway (2007) und Metal: A Headbanger's Journey (2005).
- Left Mayhem in 1991 due to personal concerns following the suicide of former vocalist Per "Dead" Yngve Ohlin as well as internal conflicts and disagreement with band mate Øystein "Euronymous" Aarseth. In 1995, 2 years after the murder of Euronymous by Varg Vikernes, Necrobutcher reunited and reformed Mayhem along with Hellhammer and has been in the band ever since.
- Founder and the only original member of the Norwegian black metal band Mayhem.
