‘Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu’, the 2006 thriller that featured Kamal Haasan as a fearless cop chasing a pair of ruthless serial killers, is one of the best films in Tamil cinema in the genre. The film, directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, was a huge success and recently had a re-release that received a great response from the fans.

Gautham celebrated the re-release of ‘Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu’ by cutting a cake with music composer Harris Jayaraj and producer Manickam Narayanan. Now, he has spilled the beans about the sequel to the film in a recent interview. This is not the first time we are hearing about ‘Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu Part-2’.

Finally, the actor got an opportunity that he was waiting for -- two decades -- a film with Mani Ratnam. “Good things take time,” he smiles. Excerpts from a conversation follow: You’ve been a part of multi-starrers, like Yennai Arindhaal, in the past. Ccv is also one. Mani (Ratnam) sir gives equal space to all his characters. He’s not your usual filmmaker. And that’s why his films stand out. Someone of his stature doesn’t have to narrate the entire script to me. But he did. I was quite impressed with my character (Thyagu). Even now, I don’t understand how I bagged the film. It feels like a dream.

Despite the film’s not so great run at the box-office, critics lauded Gautham’s work and his efforts to showcase Ajith’s acting prowess. In a recent interview with Sun TV, Menon revealed that he has plans for a sequel to Yennai Arindhaal. “In the next five months, I plan to approach Ajith sir with a bound script for Yennai Arindhaal 2. Let’s see what happens” Gautham said. Yennai Arindhaal marked the end of Menon’s police trilogy of films that include Suriya’s Kaaka Kaakha and Kamal Haasan’s Vettaiyaadu Villayadu. It has to be seen if the sequel will materialize in the near future because Ajith’s next film Viswasam is with Siva and there’s no information yet regarding his subsequent projects. Menon, on the other hand, is struggling to wrap up two projects – Dhanush’s Enai Noki Paayum Thota and Vikram’s Dhruva Natchathiram – which are stuck at various junctures of production. Menon also has the highly-anticipated multi-starrer Ondraga in his kitty. This will unite stars from all the four southern industries. It has so far been confirmed that Prithviraj, Puneeth Rajkumar, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia are already on board. The project was supposed to take off last year but for reasons unknown, it never went to the sets. Amid rumours that the project has been shelved, reports emerged from Gautham's camp that the project will roll from next year. "The project was never shelved but it had to be postponed because all the four stars were not available at the time when it was planned to be shot. The shoot will finally commence from mid next year. Simbu and Sai Dharam Tej will be the two other stars but they're yet to officially come on board. Kellan Lutz is officially off the market!

The former Twilight actor and his now-wife, Brittany Gonzales, announced they were married on Instagram Thursday. Gonzales shared a snap of herself and her husband smiling at the camera while holding up “Mr. & Mrs.” passport holders.

People has reached out to representatives for Lutz but has yet to receive a response.

Gonzales also changed her last name on the social media site to Lutz. She couldn’t contain her excitement as she shared what she was most thankful for.

Tyrese Gibson will get to see his daughter again.

The Fast & Furious star was awarded joint custody of his 10-year-old daughter, Shayla, on Friday, while a Los Angeles County judge denied ex-wife Norma Gibson's domestic violence restraining order request, according to court documents obtained by Et.

According to the ruling, neither party will be allowed to use corporal punishment with Shayla, and Tyrese must enroll in parenting classes on discipline.

After the ruling, the 38-year-old actor took to Instagram to express his relief.

Tyrese Gibson is sorry for his public meltdown.

The 38-year-old actor took to Instagram on Saturday with a video message apologizing for his breakdown, claiming that his behavior was a result of medication.

"I just wanted to formally apologize to all of my fans, my wife, my friends, my loved ones and everyone that's gotten a million phone calls," Gibson said. "Have I been stressed about losing my daughter? Yes, but after seeing several psychiatrists and therapists trying to help me out, one of the psychiatrists suggested some medicine and it really f**ked me up in a real way."

Cardi B is speaking out about getting ejected from a hotel in Albany, New York, on Saturday night, after cops were called by the manager, who complained about a loud party and the smell of weed.

In a video first posted by TMZ, the rapper can be heard calling hotel security "racist motherf**kers" in the lobby of the Hilton Albany as she was escorted off the premises. Hours earlier, she'd been performing at the Times Union Center.

On Sunday afternoon, Cardi took to Instagram to share her side of the story in a series of profanity-laced videos defending herself against claims that she or her team were smoking weed, and accusing the police and hotel security of racism.

The Jane the Virgin star, 33, announced on Friday that he and wife Emily Foxler are expecting their second child in an adorable video posted on Instagram and YouTube.

In the 4-minute clip, the couple breaks the baby news to their family and friends, including Jane The Virgin co-star Brett Dier and singer Andy Grammer, who is expecting his first child — a daughter! — with wife Aijia in July.
