The lineup for the 2025 edition of the Aftershock festival has just been unveiled, featuring headliners blink-182, Deftones, Korn, and Bring Me the Horizon.

The four-day fest is set for October 2nd-5th at Discovery Park in Sacramento, California, and also features A Perfect Circle, Good Charlotte, Turnstile, Marilyn Manson, Gojira, Bad Omens, Rob Zombie, Acid Bath, Lamb of God, All Time Low, Dream Theater, Gwar, Bruce Dickinson, Knocked Loose, and others among the 115-plus acts on the bill.

Kerry Washington is opening up about a shocking discovery she made about her parents.

In her upcoming memoir, Thicker Than Water, the former “Scandal” star reveals that her father isn’t actually her biological father, something she discovered after participating in a celebrity genealogy TV show.

“It really turned my world upside down.”

As Washington told People, it all began when she told her parents she was planning to appear Dr. Henry Louis Gates Jr.’s PBS series “Finding Your Roots”, in which celebrities learn about their family trees via DNA testing.

Audible, Inc., today announced the star-studded cast of its upcoming Audible Original scripted podcast, The Space Within. The thrilling and emotionally-grounded eight episode scripted sci-fi mystery will be executive produced and performed by Academy Award-Winning actress Jessica Chastain, who will be joined by Emmy winner Bobby Cannavale, Academy Award-winner Ellen Burstyn, Michael Stuhlbarg, Shea Whigham, and Carmen Ejogo.

The producers are Topic Studios, in association with Freckle Films, Solaris Productions, and Ramble Road. Written by Greg O’Connor & Josh Fagin, and directed by Stephen Winter, The Space Within will premiere exclusively from Audible on June 15, 2023.

It was a night of few surprises. The 2023 Academy Awards, held at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Sunday (13 March), went ahead after two years marred by incident – first Covid, then an on-stage altercation.

In comparison, this year’s affair, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, was rather muted, with the awards themselves being dominated by one serial winner: the goofy multiverse comedy-drama Everything Everywhere All at Once.
