The song "Dilbara" from Dhoom was later recreated as "Japanglish Song" by Octa Bella and "Makudonarudo" by Namewee. The original source maybe "Na Bole Kuch" from Baaton Baaton Mein".

nursery rhyme 'Polly Wolly Doodle in the movie The Littlest 'Rebel. Shirley Temple sings a version. Boney M song "Hooray Hooray It's Holi Holi Day" is a cover version of the nursery rhyme. Mahendra Kapoor and Musarrat song "Chori Chori " from the album Disco Fantasy in Hindi, was a cover version of the Boney M song. In Waqt Hamara Hai Akshay Kumar did a spoof on the song "Uthe Sab Ke Kadam" when he sang " Tara Rum Pum Pum Suno Mere Humdum Kabhi Fail Kar Aaya Karo, Kabhi Zero Kabhi One Kabhi Use Bhi Kum.." The intro music and 3:30 part of the song "Dhiktana Dhiktana" ( Audio version) from Hum Aapke Hain Koun also has the same tune.
