Lacey Chabert plays Kathy, a café owner in the cute town of Hope Springs who has lost her husband. Dustin Milligan plays Jack, a magically animated snowman who turns into a surprisingly complicated love lead.

Jack is a muscular, innocent figure who could be Kathy’s love interest and serves as a metaphor for grief and renewal.
