After her gravity-defying performance, the 39-year-old “Dark Horse” singer changed into a silver fringe dress for the press room at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards on Wednesday (September 11) at the Ubs Arena in Elmont, New York.

In the press room, Katy twirled around in the dress and posed with her two awards – her gold Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award and the silver moon person award she won for VMAs Most Iconic Performance for her performance of “Roar” at the 2013 VMAs.

The rating has been revealed for the upcoming movie Hellboy: The Crooked Man. Its rating is more reminiscent of the David Harbour reboot than the original films starring Ron Perlman.

In Hellboy: The Crooked Man, Jack Kesy takes over the role of the titular hero, as the film is not connected to any of the previous movies. It's going to be a dark and bloody adaptation, as, officially, the new film has been rated R due to "some violent content, language, and nudity." Comic book writer Kelly Sue DeConnick and artist David López were co-pilots on Captain Marvel, the comic book series that revamped Carol Danvers for the 21st century. It was so influential that it even helped convince Oscar-winner Brie Larson to star in the Marvel Studios film of the same name.

So it’s only fitting that DeConnick and López’s first work together in years has an origin story dating back to the March 2019 premiere of the movie adaptation. The first trailer for Hellboy: The Crooked Man was released at the start of this month and the response has been mixed at best. Now, we have runtime news and that may or may not bode well for this new take on the character starring Jack Kesy.

According to reliable runtime leaker @Cryptic4KQual, it will clock in at a mere 1 hour, 39 minutes.

With superhero movies, that's typically an indication they're not very good. Then again, this is a lower-budgeted project and could be a smaller self-contained story which isn't quite as CG-heavy as the movies starring Ron Perlman and David Harbour.

At least we know Hellboy: The Crooked Man will be a relatively breezy affair, anyway, and there's every chance it's going to exceed expectations when it finally arrives in theaters.

Netflix released the season four trailer for one of the streamer’s most popular shows on Tuesday, teasing the group embattled in one last mission to save the world.

Among others, Nick Offerman will join the season four cast, and fans catch glimpses of his character in the new trailer. “The world we live in is one big phony baloney lie,” he says in a voiceover. “That tentacle boy is the key to understanding all the timelines.”

It appears Offerman’s character is referring to Ben, played by Justin H. Min, whose character’s back-from-the-dead storyline will feature heavily in season four.

A new trailer has been released for Hellboy: The Crooked Man. It introduces Jack Kesy as the third actor to play a live-action incarnation of the titular hero.

The new film is not connected to the previous Hellboy movies, which starred Ron Perlman and David Harbour. Unlike the previous movies, Hellboy: The Crooked Man is specifically based on the comic book series by Mike Mignola and Richard Corben. For this new movie, Mignola served as co-writer alongside Christopher Golden to develop an adaptation that may be more reminiscent of the source material.
