As Republic Day celebrations are awaited, ‘Indian Idol 13’ is remembering the martyrs, even as ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs’ is heading towards the finale, and the family show ‘Pandya Store’ looks set to engage the audience with melodrama and emotional turmoil after a seven-year leap.

Now, Dhara and Gautam (Kinshuk Mahajan) ask Suman for the official papers of their home and she hands over the documents to them. Dhara tells her that they must have troubled her a lot, as Suman gets emotional seeing her husband’s picture.

The family drama starring ‘Pandya Store’ is among few of the popular shows. It stars Kinshuk Mahajan, Shiny Doshi, Kanwar Dhillon, Alice Kaushik, Akshay Kharodia, Simran Budharup, Mohit Parmar, and Krutika Desai Khan.

‘Bigg Boss 10’ fame Antara Biswas, who is popularly known as Monalisa, recently shared that she will be essaying the role of a sex worker in the anthology ‘Ratri Ke Yatri 2’. The actress also opened up on the challenges that the character entailed.

Talking about the same, she said: “Every role has its own shape, form, and essence. And it becomes even more challenging when you have to step out of your comfort zone to play a certain character. At the same time, it pushes us as an artist to take that extra step where you give your best shot and deliver a performance that justifies the role.”

Monalisa is known for doing Bhojpuri films and was also seen in ‘Nazar’ and ‘Namak Issk Ka’, ‘Nach Baliye 8’, ‘Smart Jodi’, and many more. Now, the actress is part of one of the five stories ‘Dulhe Raja’ in the series.

Popular TV actor Sharad Malhotra is all set to be part of the second season of the anthology series ‘Ratri Ke Yatri’, which includes five different stories set with a common background of the red-light area and its dark reality.

He is playing the character of Manoj, who has to overcome his superstitious beliefs to have a happy love life. Sharad spoke about his character and how superstitious he is in real life: “While I have my own share of beliefs in superstitions, I am not too keen to focus on them and let them be the driver of my life. I do consider things as lucky for me.”

The first part of the anthology series ‘Ratri Ke Yatri’ was released in 2020 and it featured Sudhir Pande, Anju Mahendru, Iqbal Khan, Barkha Sengupta, Parag Tyagi, Avinash Mukherjee, Shiny Doshi, Renee Dhyani, Mansi Srivastava, Reyhna Pandit, and Akashdeep Arora, among others.

‘Pandya Store’ actor Kanwar Dhillon, who will be enacting the character of the teacher played by Aamir Khan in ‘Taare Zameen Par’, says that it is always fun to recall those moments from childhood days and remake them on stage, which will be done in the ‘Bachpan special episode’.

He said: “I think people are going to love the Bachpan special episode. It’s light-hearted, fun and it had amazing moments. I got to perform as Amir Khan Sir’s character from ‘Taare Zameen Par’.”

‘Pandya Store’ actor Kinshuk Mahajan recalls how his co-actor Shiny Doshi misunderstood him and thought that he has got a lot of ‘attitude’. He shares: “I knew Shiny before the show also so I was working out in a gym, Shiny waved at me and I was not wearing my power glasses so I didn’t look at her. She thought I had a lot of attitude. When we started shooting I told her it was not intentional and then our bond on and off screen turned out to be really great. Now, we are very good friends.”
