Not for the faint of heart. You could die from watching this program from sheer cuteness overload. Absolutely adorable. The narration is hilarious. Honestly, a great way to teach your kids the dog-eat-dog world of wild nature. While there are some scenes where prairie dogs get eaten, the filming and editing shows it tastefully done. (Yes. Pun intended.) I saw my very first prairie dog when I was nearly 50 years old and drove across country. Never met a prairie dog that I didn't like since...and, boy, this narrator adds even more charm to their prairie lives. Very much a Prairie Dawg Spaghetti Western, Hollywood-style. I would be shocked if Furgie and the director were not nominated for Emmy awards. After writing the review, I realized that the narrator was Kevin Conway. A fine character actor whose career spanned over 5 decades. He died of a heart attack in 2020. RIP, Kevin Conway. I've enjoyed your acting many, many times. You were, obviously, a gifted narrator as well.
