Rescue

Stuck on Terminal, it's a fight for survival for the remaining Liberator crew.

I wonder how many fans thought that the show would have died when The Liberator exploded, I'm sure many were surprised to see it return.

I don't have a huge fondness for Series 4 as a whole, but this first episode is actually a really good one. I liked the feel of it, I liked the story, it very much felt like a restart.

I liked the new opening sequences, they are pretty smart, and a little different to what's gone before. It's definitely atmospheric, I love that snowy ground, and that thumping noise.

Once again, I think they decided to sex the show up a little bit, Soolin and Dorian are a particularly attractive duo.

A shame there's no more Cally, I don't think Chappell had the best of deals in Series two, but in Series three she had some great stories, Children of Auron, Sarcophagus and a few others, a real shame she moved on.

It's a good start, 8/10.
