Leo Fong nació el 23 de noviembre de 1928 en China. Fue un actor y escritor, conocido por Runaway Killer, Showdown (1993) y Low Blow (1986). Murió el 18 de febrero de 2022 en Estados Unidos.
Contributed to the book Gods in Polyester, or, a Survivors' Account of 70s Cinema Obscura (Succubus Press/2004), which features his thoughts on the making of Murder in the Orient, Bamboo Trap, Enforcer from Death Row, Last Reunion and Blind Rage.
