From "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly.Ca" take another look @ the good, the bad and the ugly in Marvel Studios' "Guardians Of The Galaxy":
Michael Stevens for "The Good" :
"As a comic book collector with several near mint runs of Marvel's "Guardians Of The Galaxy" (2008), there is no doubt I am a 'fan' of this fun, ambitious and impressive-looking film...
What is Good :
"Art direction and production design.
"'Star-Lord' (Chris Pratt) taking out bad guys while hooked on a feeling.
"'Moonage Daydream' by David Bowie applied to a futuristic landscape.
"Michael Rooker as 'Yondu', popping out of the screen in 3D looking like a blue-skinned 'Merle' from 'The Walking Dead'.
"'Rocket Raccoon' (Bradley Cooper) as cute as a dancing dog.
"Zoe Saldana as 'Gamora'...
...either in a fighting or seductive mood.
"'Groot' and his Et-like, spiritual ability to channel higher powers.
"'Thanos'...

Flesh – a-ah – ladies man of the universe!
The first Flesh Gordon [spoofing the Flash Gordon serials] was released in 1974 and was originally envisioned as a hardcore flick, but the script was changed and it became a softcore frolic. In 1989, an even more bedazzling sequel was released and it has become a cult classic in its own right as it pushed the outer reaches of decency and good taste that is allowed in an R-rated movie, which would explain why there are so many different versions of the flick floating around. What separates Flesh Gordon Meets the Cosmic Cheerleaders from its predecessor is that the toilet humor runs at a rapid fire pace, and there is not a single secretion or orafice that is not mimicked or mocked.
After watching this picture you realize what a foul species we can be at times, but like a car crash on the side of the road, it is...

One of the great features over at the Internet Movie Database is the Bottom 100. Based on ratings viewers of the site give to various films, the worst of the worst films get put on this list. Some of them are on and off in a matter of days. Others stick around for the long haul, showing just how much suckage they truly emit.
It’s time to look at these movies and determine where they stand. Do they deserve to be on the Bottom 100 list? Are they not as bad as everyone says? Will they be off the list any time soon?
