This movie started off quite good, for about ten minutes that is, then it just went downhill and by the last quarter hour I was pulling my hair out and moaning. The 2 lead dirty cops, (Eric Breker and Dalas Blake), were fine actors in their role but the rest will be quickly forgotten. Prime journalist Tyler Chase (Cory Rempel) was really annoying, every syllable from his mouth was in a forced whining sound and in the end it crescendo'd into actual fake crying. One of the top crime and drug bosses, Nightingale (Zoltan Buday) was absolutely pathetic. At one point he stamped his foot like a preschool teacher would do to a 4 year old. His voice too was resonating in a whining cry and also crescendo'd into an actual cry. What was the hopeless director's name again? Oh, I've forgotten already.
To add to this pathetic film, the shaky cam, as always, was distracting. Why it is still used I cannot understand. Some say it adds a realness but when I look at someone in real life my line of sight doesn't shake. For once and for all, give it away, please! To put a nail in the coffin of this epic failure is the music score. So annoying, da dada da da...da dada da...da dada da da. At the most inappropriate time and was extended repetitively long, I had to mute the TV sound.
People, avoid this at all cost.
