Love is all

All you need is love!

Wait, wrong song...

A pretty charming tune anyway, and also a pretty charming music video, filled with whimsical imagery straight out of a fairy-tale, depicting a bunch of critters celebrating a masquerade ball in the forest, while a bard frog plays rock on his lute.

The lyrics might sound a bit way too naive and perhaps excessively idealistic to some (In a similar way to the aforementioned All you need is love by the Beatles), but I will take 70s naivety over the cynical commercialism of modern music (Most of which is absolutely dreadful)

A feel-good animation which fits perfectly well to a feel-good song. Highly rewatchable!

Trivia
This cartoon has become a cult classic in France where it was broadcast on public national television channel Antenne 2, starting in 1975, as an interlude during a technical problem or a delay, to make people wait. Its random broadcasting made it even more coveted.
