Very Fun Crazy Amateurism!!!

I watched this on Amazon prime after it popped up after some American indie films, like Eban And Charlie. I sat quite close to my laptop screen and with all my lights off. Stanley's Mouth is like a quickly edited home video of a young English boy in Australia, going to church and starting to date other boys/men.

Sex and religion are not put into conflict until the end of the film, which is a like an emotional portal of noise for what must be ten minutes. This film is obviously made with no money, but it was worth spending an hour with this one to the end, even during the wacky bits that dont work as well. The lead actor Stanley Browning is very good.
