Following-up his well received freshman feature I Against I, director James Marquand (son of Return of the Jedi director Richard Marquand, fact fans!) returns with One Night in Istanbul, the screen adaptation of the hit play about the exploits of a group of Liverpool Football fans at the European Cup final in Istanbul.
Starring Steven Waddington (The Sweeney, Waterloo Road), Paul Barber (The Invisibles, Only Fools and Horses) and Lucien Laviscount (Trollied), we have the distinct pleasure in revealing the first poster for the film. Check out the poster below, and be sure to give the film a thumbs up on the official Facebook page.

Comic-Con International has released the full schedule for Sunday July 24th for San Diego Comic-Con 2011. This is the final day of the convention. Sunday is known as Kids day and is usually the slowest of all the days, there are a few surprises though. In all my years of going to Comic-Con I've never been to a panel in Hal H. Usually nothing is happening in Hall H on Sunday, this year there are a few TV programs going on in Hall H such a as Glee, Supernatural, Doctor Who, The Cleveland Show, Sons of Anarchy, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and this year Buffy the Musical will be in the great Hall as well. I've never been to the Buffy Musical event, and I think I finally want to go this year. A couple of other things worth noting are a one on one panel with Nathan Fillion, and Max Brooks talks about zombies.

Aging is one of the most effective ways to become invisible in our world. We celebrate youth and fitness, and as wrong as it may be, tend to judge those of a certain age as being past any notice and usefulness, much less anything skillful or clever. The Invisibles is a perfect title for a story about two aging master criminals who refuse to disappear without a fight. This is not to say that for the past fifteen years or so Maurice Riley (Anthony Head) and Sid Woolsey (Warren Clarke) have been on anyone.s radar. As retired top of the line jewel thieves, they have been living a life of leisure on the coast of Spain, funded by their...

USA Weekend recently caught up with Anthony Head for a quick interview, and he shared news about his upcoming projects along with a very strong opinion about the new feature film reboot of “Buffy The Vampire Slayer” without it’s cast and creator Joss Whedon (”Dollhouse”, “Firefly”, “Serenity”) which we announced last week (don’t forget to chime in with your thoughts):
“I wouldn’t want to see it.” Head said plainly.
“The Kuzuis didn’t do a great job on the movie the first time around. It was Joss’ script at the age of 19, but they changed a lot of it. They said, ‘Look, we know best and we know how to make this movie,’ and it became quite schlocky and high camp.” Head recalls the time when he went to audition for the Buffy series because he loved Whedon’s pilot script so much, and his agent...

Anthony Head has revealed his desire to make another appearance in Doctor Who.
Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy, Head affirmed his interest in resurrecting the villainous character of Mr Finch, who he played in the 2006 story 'School Reunion'. "If they ask me I'd say 'yes' in a flash," he said. "I think he should come back. He was good fun. There is a school of thought that he's dead, but you don't see him die. Who knows?"
Head, soon to be seen in BBC One's The Invisibles, . . .
