Good and bad

I absolutely loved some of these performances, but others just left me deflated.

I liked Miley Cyrus, Robyn, Lady Gaga, Eddie Veder. I loved Cher and Post Nirvana. I don't know what Cher did to her body but her voice stays strong and there's no magic operation for that.

I don't understand why some artists can't just retire when their voice goes. It's upsetting to hear these singer who used to have amazing or distinctive voices. Bonnie Raitt just can't cut it anymore and I so love that song. Brian Littrell's voice is pretty much shot and it was depressing hearing him attempting those verses and sounding so hoarse. Lauryn Hill has lost her magic for me here. David Byrne, like why bother?
