Earlier this morning, reports claimed Rahman was rushed to hospital around 7:30 Am today after he complained of sudden chest pain. He was admitted for the immediate medical role, and the doctors performed necessary tests, including an echocardiogram and Ecg.

But a spokesperson of Ar Rahman has rubbished the rumors of chest pain. In a statement to Ndtv, they clarified, “He returned from London yesterday and felt unwell, so he went to the hospital for a check-up last night. The session was ostensibly held to honor the late playback singer Lata Mangeshkar, who died in 2022. But the scene for a wider-ranging session was set when the “Elizabeth” director said that for all his musical genius Rahman is also “an entrepreneur, a technologist and a spiritualist.”

A federal grand jury this week returned a criminal indictment against two brothers who are accused of operating a large-scale pirate television operating that illegally resold access to live sports and other content.

The men, Noor Nabi Chowdhury of Brooklyn and Mohammad Mahmudur Rahman of Bangladesh, were charged with copyright infringement, wire fraud and other criminal counts.

Federal prosecutors say the two men operated the website 247TVStream for at least seven years until law enforcement seized the domain name associated with the service earlier this month.

The brothers are accused of bilking content producers and distributors out of at least $100 million during the seven years that the website was operating, through which they resold access to copyrighted sports and other programming for as little as $10 per month.

Chowdhury was taken into custody earlier this month. Rahman was last known to be in Bangladesh and remains at large.

The announcement was made on Oct. 2 to coincide with Gandhi Jayanti, the annual celebration of Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday in India.

The series is based on historian Ramchandra Guha’s books “Gandhi Before India” and “Gandhi: The Years That Changed the World, 1914-1948.” The first season covers the formative years of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi’s life as a law student in London and later as lawyer and civil rights activist in South Africa, during which time he conceived the ideas that ultimately led India to independence from British rule. Gandhi became known as Mahatma, or great soul, for his leading part in the independence movement. The second and third seasons will cover the rest of his life.
