Well go find this film on youtube and watch it.

It's entertaining enough and quite professional.

I hope to see more of this type of stuff and more from these actors.

I wonder if this would have been as good in a longer format but nevertheless good story, fun soundtrack and proper acting.

...and its fate. This is the subject and the manner to show it is more than inspired. First - for "80 s atmosphere. Second - for performances. And for the right manner to drive a simple story about tenacity, friendship and...justice. The humor is one of basic pieces and it is , in few scenes, the source of seduction for an ordinary stolen case who becomes fascinating adventure. So, a real good short movie.

A fun short set in early 1980's Bristol, UK. Effort has gone into getting the look and feel right, although the need to avoid anachronistic vehicles makes for a curiously empty city.

The performances are light but lean heavily on stereotypes. The film was never going to win Oscars, but is fun in its way.

Our hero is likeable; his enemy is underplayed, with a mother who tries a little too hard but is playing someone she clearly is not. The script is simple but gets its point across. Camera angles make the most of the settings, giving the whole thing a more professional look than it perhaps deserves.

There is a feeling of fondness for a time most of the cast would not have known, and actor / director William Stone gives it the charm of early Shane Meadows, with a nod to Snatch and a vibrant soundtrack to boot.

Good soundtrack, entertaining story. Promises more but decent effort.

Pretty good performances. Worth a watch.

What a refreshing surprise to see a down to earth film most of us can actually relate to.

The film has everything you need, a good storyline believeable characters who aren't played by a Hollywood a lister! Humour, and is based on a real bristol estate where people are brought up at the school of hard knocks. It touched on alot of problems of the time, unemployment, substance misuse etc.

The fashions of the 80's and a great 80's soundtrack took me back to the times of dancing round my handbag

I wish we showcased more British films like this, thanks to all involved for a great evening at the cinema!!
