“Seize The Night” is a story unfolding over the course of one night; a whirlwind romance between a drug dealer and a mysterious singer takes them on a collision course with a dangerous mind-control drug through the Los Angeles underground scene. The feature film stars Nina Bergman and Pasha Gerard.

The Nightmare Gallery is an indie horror film made by filmmaker Gene Blalock, and it's a paranormal thriller that goes down some dark paths. Amber Benson plays a renowned anthropology professor whose life is turned upside-down by the sudden, suspicious disappearance of her star pupil. When a package of paranormal artifacts arrives on her doorstep three years later, she becomes obsessed with this paranormal mystery that threatens her job, marriage, and sanity as she fights to find where this student went. June 18th is shaping up to be a killer day for genre fans, as two of my favorite movies of 2019 are making their way home: Jordan Peele’s Us and Lords of Chaos (on DVD) from Jonas Åkerlund. Kino Lorber is showing Chan-wook Park some love this week with their Blu-ray release of Thirst, and Scream Factory has put together the impressive-looking Universal Horror Collection: Volume 1 set as well.

Other home entertainment releases for this Tuesday include Under the Silver Lake, The Monolith Monsters, Crypto, The Nightmare Gallery, Derangement, and Disappearance.

Exclusive: Gravitas Ventures announced today that they have acquired the U.S. rights to the feature horror The Nightmare Gallery starring Amber Benson, who is best known as Tara on the cult classic Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The film will be released on-demand June 18.

The Nightmare Gallery features Benson as a renowned anthropology professor investigating the unexplained disappearance of her star pupil. A mysterious collection of occult artifacts leads her on a dark, DaVinci Code-esque journey toward an unspeakable truth that threatens her career, her wife, and her sanity. The film is directed by Gene Blalock and written by Jhan Harp and Rob Stith.

The Nightmare Gallery also stars Kevin Chamberlin, Mat Devine (Kill Hannah lead singer) and Mieko Hillman. The film is produced by Seraph Films and Awol Studios.

Amber Benson, who is best known for playing Tara in Buffy The Vampire Slayer, is set to star in a new film called The Nightmare Gallery. It's a film project that seems right up her alley, as it's a thriller that deals with the occult.

The film tells the story of "an anthropology professor (Benson) as she investigates the sudden, suspicious disappearance of her star pupil. A mysterious collection of occult artifacts leads her on a nightmarish, Da Vinci Code-esque journey toward an unspeakable truth that will threaten her career, her marriage, and her sanity."

Benson will be joined by three-time Tony-nominated actor Kevin Chamberlin (Road to Perdition, Disney’s Jessie), who will take on the role of as a psychiatrist who "assists in the professor’s investigation." The film also stars Mat Devine, former frontman of the rock band, Kill Hannah.
