Did Yelena get dusted by the snap? Kevin Feige says we’re going to find out.
“Black Widow takes place between Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War for Natasha Romanoff, which means we don’t know what characters from the movie survived the Snap and who went away for five years only to come back and have to figure out the lives they left behind. One of those characters is Yelena Belova, whose future in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is slowly coming together.”

Poços de Caldas (Brazil), May 31 (Ians) Baseball may appear to be the sport closest to cricket but it is Taco's similarity to cricket that has brought Brazil onto the cricket map.
Back in the 19th century, British expatriates brought cricket to the South American country. Though cricket couldn't take off, its off-shoot Taco gained prominence in this town.
The game of Taco, also known as Bats, comprises four players in each team -- two batters and two fielders. It has stumps laid on the ground similar to cricket except that they meet at the top. The crease is a full circle drawn around stumps, instead of the box-type in cricket.
Runs are accumulated by running between two sets of stumps. There is stumping as well as run-out.
According to sportingnews.com, "It (Poços de Caldas) is also the location of a quiet but remarkable revolution in the cricket world." It...

The following contains spoilers for NOS4A2 season 2.
The first season of NOS4A2 ended with ambiguity. Charlie Manx is left injured and brain-dead, permanently trapped in the hospital. Vic McQueen discovers that she’s pregnant, putting a damper on her attempts to escape Haverhill and her old life. Bing Partridge is on the run from the cops, Manx’s partner in crime now left without a boss and with the authorities nipping at his heels. If the show stopped there, there’d be hanging threads, but there was confidence enough that evil was stopped, until it’s shown that a well-meaning mechanic bought the burnt hulk of the Wraith and has started to lovingly restore Charlie Manx’s murder-mobile. With a little help from Bing, Manx’s Wraith is back in action and Manx himself is able to staple himself together and get back to his evil ways.

NOS4A2 Season 2 Episode 10
For all the flack Game of Thrones gets for the way it ended, one of the things that the show always did that I appreciated was they didn’t save the big crazy finale for the last episode of the season. The ninth episode of the season always had the big shocking moments, and the tenth episode explored more of the after-effects of the big event and set the pace for the next season. “Bats” doesn’t quite do the same thing, but considering the bulk of the episode of NOS4A2 is more concerned with what happens after the escape from Christmasland and the aftermath of Charlie Manx, it’s pretty close.
It’s pretty clear early on in “Bats” that Charlie Manx isn’t doing so good. Every explosion in his Inscape racks his physical body with pain, every smashed window...

Saying goodbye is tough, and with no word on a renewal, NOS4A2 Season 2 Episode 10 left me wanting so much more from this fully-realized world.
Charlie Manx is dead. At least, that’s what we were led to believe.
His cremation would have been a pivotal scene, for sure, so the fact that we didn’t get to see that makes me think Zachary Quinto’s villain will pop up again at some point.
Making Millie a full-fledged vampire killer was a heel-turn I didn’t expect, and I’m Ok with it. It’s possible that Charlie will be able to communicate with his daughter via supernatural means.
It would have been nice to have some time with her living in the outside world before we got to her becoming a villain, but it means there will always be danger lurking for Vic and her family.
Vic has lost a lot.

He he, ha ha, ho ho, wanna hear a jo-ker? Well, that’s what I’m here for allegedly. Maybe I’ll just leave it to the professionals, like Todd Philips, the director of one of 2019’s highest-grossing pics, Joker. With the future of the Dceu up in the air currently, nobody knows for sure what’s going on, but the filmmaker certainly hopes for a future where Batman explores the remnants of Gotham City that were forever changed by Joaquin Phoenix’s antics.
Philips was chatting with Variety at the Palm Springs International Film Festival recently about the unclear future of the Joker, and whether or not there’s going to be a sequel. Nobody knows just yet, but Philips pontificated about his desires to follow the city and who it creates, saying:
“It’s a beautiful Gotham. What I would like to see someone tackle is what Batman looks like from that Gotham.

Though the Dceu started out as one coherent franchise with a clear tone and direction, things started to get away from Warner Bros. after a couple of critical flops (Suicide Squad) and financial bombs (Justice League). Nowadays, the studio has found surer footing with standalone movies like Aquaman and Shazam! which only loosely take place in the same world. Moving forward, though, the DC cinematic universe is going to split into two.
FandomWire has shared a new report outlining where WB’s planning to go with the Dceu from now on and the headline is that they’ll be establishing two separate DC universes over the coming years. The original Dceu will continue, with existing characters like Wonder Woman and Harley Quinn remaining in that universe, while a second, fresh, universe will be created for rebooted heroes like Robert Pattinson’s Batman.

Bruce Wayne’s masked alter-ego is a man of many monikers.
There’s the Caped Crusader, Bats, and The Dark Knight, the latter of which arguably became the most popular of the bunch when Christopher Nolan’s 2008 masterpiece graced theaters. But there’s another title that’s often prescribed to Batman: World’s Greatest Detective.
Forget Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poirot, it’s Bruce Wayne who holds the title of the world’s best detective, though he’s forever indebted to Alfred Pennywise and that trusted utility belt. Both will surely feature in the 2021 reboot – aptly titled The Batman – and at least according to the film’s co-writer, Mattson Tomlin, Robert Pattinson’s Caped Crusader will do a fair bit of sleuthing as he watches over the streets of Gotham City.

But that doesn’t mean there won’t be any references or nods at all to one of DC’s most iconic heroes.

Something the founding father himself, and his partner in crime, storyboard artist Jay Oliva, seem to do on the daily.
When they’re not stirring the fandom into a frenzy, what with their discourse on the Snyder cut, or expunging of Dceu minutia and alike, Snyder and Oliva can be found on social media, force-feeding the masses their spoonful of behind the scenes and alternate design content – surprisingly, the latter more often than the former, as of late.

Following his departure from the Dceu, whether he was relieved or withdrew voluntarily, Zack Snyder has essentially gone it alone regarding the purging his now obsolete vision. As of late, however, the Saturn Award winner has seen storyboard artist, Jay Oliva – who’s been a veritable treasure trove of Dceu minutia – and Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice cinematographer, Larry Fong, assist with some of the heavy lifting.
Speaking of Dawn of Justice, the Dceu founding father, perhaps most notably, recently expunged the significance of the Knightmare vision experienced by Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) in the divisive motion picture. Long story short, The Flash (Ezra Miller) is running on the cosmic treadmill in order to deliver the ominous warning to Bats. All of this was only conveyed in a single brief scene in the movie though, in which Bruce came across an outfit that you can just about make out as Robin’s, adorned with Joker-like graffiti. In today's Horror Highlights, we have a Q&A with The Gracefield Incident at Mathieu Ratthe, new stills from Volumes of Blood: Horror Stories, and details on Famous Monsters of Filmland's presence at this year's San Diego Comic-Con.
Thanks for taking the time to answer some questions for us, Mathieu. How and when did you first come up with the idea for The Gracefield Incident?
Mathieu Ratthe: First of all, thank you, Derek, for your interest in our film. I wanted to create a suspenseful story that scared the crap out of the audience, but also made them emotionally involved, which is really tough to do in this kind of movie, but I think we achieved it pretty well in our film.
The conceptual idea (or I liked to call it the “technique”) came after I realized how many days I was given to shoot our film with the budget that I had.

Back in February, a new comics publisher debuted called Vault Comics They hit the ground running with Fissure by Tim Daniel and Patricio Delpeche. Focusing on telling fresh, fast paced science fiction and fantasy stories, Vault has managed the Herculean feat of launching six different comic book series within three months and I’ve picked up all of them.
One of those series, Powerless, gives us a fresh take on the idea of superheroes; something you’ll rarely hear me say. I got the chance to talk with Powerless creator/writer David M. Booher and artist Nathan C. Gooden.
Joe Corallo: Let’s start with the basics. For those who aren’t familiar, what’s each of your elevator pitches for Powerless?
David Booher: Tough question because I could go on for days about this story. Here’s the 37-second pitch: We’ve flipped the idea of superpowers on its head.

American Horror Story Roanoke is a credit to this show's renewed focus on story. Here's our spoiler-filled finale review...
This review contains spoilers.
See related Trespass Against Us trailer, with Michael Fassbender Justin Kurzel interview: Macbeth, Breaking Bad, Snowtown
Every time American Horror Story delves into a different genre of show, they've hit it dead on the nose every time. My Roanoke Nightmare was perfect; the reunion reality show was completely accurate even as it went off the rails. Chapter 10 bypasses both conceits by throwing a mixed bag of genres at the screen. The show's segments are, in no particular order, a true crime show, a series of YouTube videos, a confessional prime-time celebrity interview, and best of all, a ridiculous ghost-hunting show with a dead accurate presentation.

If you thought that American Horror Story would cap their shows-within-the show at only two... well, American Horror Story Season 6 Episode 10 definitely proved you wrong.
Rather than moving beyond the camera lens for the season finale, the majority of "Chapter 10" told the end of the Roanoke saga through the eyes of three new, distinct reality shows.
When the season began, way back on the American Horror Story Season 6 Premiere, who would have guessed that Lee Harris would end up being the sole survivor and central character? Not me, that's for sure.
But through it all, Lee did emerge as the de facto main character, and Adina Porter did an incredible job with taking a complicated, problematic character and imbuing her with sympathy and depth.
Leaving off on American Horror Story Season 6 Episode 9, I assumed that we'd see Lee get some kind of comeuppance for her various crimes. As it turned out,...

American Horror Story: Roanoke went full Blair Witch in Chapter 9. Here's our spoiler-filled review of the latest satisfying episode...

I watched this episode of American Horror Story through clenched fingers. No, that's not because it was scary (though it was pretty scary at times). Having flirted with Pov cameras in limited amounts this season, American Horror Story goes full-on Blair Witch in Chapter 9, which features a whole, whole lot of shaking camera, running, screaming, and tearful pre-death apologies. It's a lot to handle if you're even slightly motion sensitive.
Unfortunately for me, I'm highly motion sensitive. I get carsick if I try to read in a moving vehicle. I've listened to Cloverfield. I had to take medication after trying to watch As Above, So Below. I bought and gave away the video game Doom...

When American Horror Story: Roanoke delivered its big twist two weeks ago, revealing that both the real-life My Roanoke Nightmare players and those playing them on the faux show-within-the-show would be moving into the hellish farmhouse together to wait out the Blood Moon, and only one was making it out alive, we did what any good TV fanatics would do and got to ranking the characters' odds. We predicted that poor cuckold Matt would be the last man standing. And then we were swiftly proven wrong. During last week's bloodbath of an episode, nearly half of the characters met their untimely—and grisly—end. Dimwitted actor Rory (Evan Peters) was confirmed dead after being stabbed and hoisted up into a...

It’s cowboys vs the wolfman in this bloody horror-western. Re-imaging the werewolf as the Native Americans’ mythical “skinwalker”, the film sees a stagecoach of passengers, gunslingers and outlaws terrorized by the bloodthirsty beast. With a great cast, fun prosthetic effects, it’s a true horror and weird western gem.

Armin Van Buuren needs no introduction. As a Grammy nominated artist making records for the last 22 years, the man has been an inseparable part of dance music’s evolution since long before “Edm.” Van Buuren has headlined shows, festivals, and clubs all around the globe, a notable example being last year’s massive Armin Only: Intense tour.
In addition to being crowned DJ Mag’s #1 DJ five times, Armin’s A State Of Trance radio show is widely regarded as the gold standard in dance radio, and just celebrated it’s 733rd episode. Oh, and he also co-founded one of the world’s foremost record labels, Armada Music, alongside Maykel Piron and David Lewis. To say Armin’s had a successful career, is a gross understatement.
Despite being one of the busiest men in dance music, Armin Van Buuren was kind enough to sit and chat with us before his TomorrowWorld 2015 closing performance.

So, when the Super Blood Moon first hit the news, we were pretty excited.
Then the clouds came out and we were disappointed.
Then everyone started posting pictures of s smudgy, cloudy dot with the caption “my pic of the #superbloodmoon! #photography #amazing #hashtag” and we were even more disappointed.
Then the actual professional photographers got their cameras out and snapped some truly breathtaking shots of the phenomenon, and we were excited again – but not half as excited as we were for how the internet, in all it’s bizarreness, was going to deal with the whole thing.
So what did the internet do with this rare and breathtaking cosmological phenomenon? We took to Twitter to find out.

Ken Kokin has produced and directed second unit on several award-winning films that include the ‘The Usual Suspects’, ‘Captain Abu Raed’,’The Way of the Gun’ and ‘Mortdecai’. Read about his most recent film and directorial debut 'Blood Moon' here.
by Ken Kokin: It was 2008 when I discovered a little known film festival called HollyShorts because of my own short film 'For Tomorrow, The Toms Shoes Story', about one of the first deliveries of the Toms One For One campaign to some of the poorest regions of Argentina, and because another film that I produced called 'The Way of the Gun' was set to screen there.
Once a tiny spark in the shadow of tinsel town, HollyShorts now attracts A-listers like Jessica Biel, Demi Moore, Kirsten Dunst, Matthew Modine and Josh Brolin. Festival honorees include the legendary filmmaker David Lynch and Oscar winner Paul Haggis.
HollyShorts is an incubator for filmmakers. Dave Green’s short 'Meltdown', a comedy about food puppets in a refrigerator was featured at HollyShorts, and he believes that it paved the way for him to direct the massive studio film 'Earth to Echo'.
HollyShorts founders Theo Dumont and Daniel Sol are two of the most passionate cinephiles that I have ever met. Ironically, for creating a short festival, they are both over 6 feet tall. Their drive to support filmmakers is extraordinary, as they have created a showcase for the true artist who recognizes that short films typically don’t attract money or distribution. Yet, it is because of festivals like HollyShorts and mobile consumption of video content that the paradigm is changing.
In 2005, many of us in the film community saw the writing on the wall — short films would explode with the creation of YouTube. We were right, and Youtube was just the beginning... Enter in the short attention span theater of the newest Internet generation. Thanks to the 7 to 15 second time limits of SnapChat, Instagram, Vine, and others, the hunger for short video content and the advancement of the art form is skyrocketing worldwide.
With over 300 million active users on Instagram alone, advertisers are starting to actualize the importance of these content channels in the digital marketplace. HollyShorts and similar festivals have more relevance than ever. The international film sales & distribution industry is paying attention and is on the prowl for content like never before, so don’t be surprised to run into talent scouts while socializing at any of the festival’s epic parties.
The HollyShorts Film Festival takes place at the Tcl Chinese Theatre in the heart of Hollywood from August 13th to August 22nd, and marks the festival’s 11th year anniversary with a grand prize of $15,000 for this overall winner, courtesy of HollyShorts sponsor, Zype.
Shorts can range from the cutest animations, to the most serious subjects like illness, war and homelessness. The program includes Short Animation, Short Live Action, Short Documentary, Music Video, Webisode, Commercials, Trailers, 3D Shorts, Youth Film and Digital Microbudget.

by Ken Kokin: It was 2008 when I discovered a little known film festival called HollyShorts because of my own short film 'For Tomorrow, The Toms Shoes Story', about one of the first deliveries of the Toms One For One campaign to some of the poorest regions of Argentina, and because another film that I produced called 'The Way of the Gun' was set to screen there.
