With the release of ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’, the Dceu era officially wraps up, ushering in a new phase led by James Gunn and his rebranded Dcu cinematic universe. However, not all DC character projects will align with this new universe. Matt Reeves’ dark and gritty Batman-centric stories will exist as standalone “Elseworlds” tales, a decision consistent with Pattinson’s Batman not being part of the Dceu. Robert Pattinson will be portraying Bruce Wayne. Zoë Kravitz will reprise the role of Selina Kyle, also known as Catwoman, while Andy Serkis will return to take on the character of Alfred Pennyworth, Bruce Wayne’s loyal butler and confidant. Colin Farrell will be returning as the Penguin,...
