Here's the set-up: Bullseye has attacked Josie's Bar and critically wounded Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson). Matt/Daredevil (Charlie Cox) arrives and attacks Bullseye, fighting him into the bar. Daredevil has strength and rage on his side, so Bullseye is left running. Marvel's Daredevil will soon be "Born Again" when the Disney+ series, reuniting the cast of the Netflix "Daredevil" series, finally premieres. Judging by the "Born Again" trailer, one of the new characters is feline-themed vigilante Hector Ayala/White Tiger (played by Kamar de los Reyes).

Daredevil fans might recognize that name, because in Brian Michael Bendis and Manuel Gutierrez's comic storyline "Trial of the Century," Matt Murdock defends White Tiger in court. Hector, falsely accused of murder while wearing his costume, faces a prosecutor eager to bring superheroes down a peg — but don't worry, he never sees the inside of a prison cell.

The View had some sad news to share on Tuesday’s (January 7) episode: Richard Cohen, the longtime husband of former cohost Meredith Vieira died on Christmas Eve. Joy Behar, who originated the show alongside Vieira, was the one to deliver the news at the request of Vieira herself, revealing, “Our dear friend and Og View moderator, Meredith Vieira wanted us to share with all of you that her husband of 38 years, Richard Cohen, passed away on Christmas Eve.” The news of Cohen’s passing was also shared on Today, another of Vieira’s former haunts as anchor. It’s good news for fans of Netflix’s Daredevil after Charlie Cox confirms one thing about Daredevil: Born Again. David Loughery, the screenwriter whose credits included the action pictures Dreamscape, Star Trek V: The Final Frontier and the Wesley Snipes-starring Money Train and Passenger 57, has died. He was 71.

Loughery died Tuesday of skin cancer in St. Petersburg, Florida, his friend Fred Rappaport told The Hollywood Reporter.

Loughery collaborated with director Joseph Ruben on Dreamscape (1984), starring Dennis Quaid; The Good Son (1993), starring Macauley Culkin; Money Train (1995), with Woody Harrelson alongside Snipes in their follow-up to White Men Can’t Jump; and Blindsided (2013), starring Michelle Monaghan and Michael Keaton.

Born on March 3, 1953, in Oak Park, Illinois, Loughery graduated from Ball State University, then received his master’s degree from the University of Iowa. In 1981, he shared a story credit on an episode of ABC’s Hart to Hart.

Survivor Season 1 contestant Sonja Christopher, who holds the distinction of being the first person ever voted off on the CBS reality hit, has died at the age of 87.

“Sonya was one of the kindest people to ever play Survivor,” host Jeff Probst wrote in a statement posted to Instagram on Saturday, confirming Christopher’s death. “Every interaction I had with her over the years was lovely. The 30-year-old “Blindsided” singer hosted the awards show for the fourth year in a row, though this time she did it solo!

During her first time on stage for her opening monologue, Kelsea shared a clip of herself from the Grammys and introduced a segment of revealing what celebrities were really thinking, in “real time.”

She “read” the minds of such celebs as Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Carly Pearce and of course, her boyfriend Chase.

After his name first graced the big screen in the The Blind Side, the real story of Michael Oher is told in the new documentary Blindsided, which has just debuted its first trailer ahead of its November 16th premiere.

When The Blind Side first premiered in 2009, it earned more than $300 million at the box office, nabbed Sandra Bullock an Oscar, and became one of history’s most successful sports films. Its plot centered around Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy, a wealthy couple who adopt a foster child and help him become an NFL champion. It claimed to be based on a true story, one with an undoubtedly happy ending.

In light of the recent legal drama between Michael Oher and the Tuohy family, a 2017 episode of Below Deck featuring Sean Tuohy and Leigh Anne Tuohy in which Sean claims he required script approval for the film The Blind Side has resurfaced on TikTok.

Add to that the experience of losing one’s sight and hearing and it might seem impossible, but Patricia Livingstone has the kind of creative spirit that it’s impossible to keep down. It’s easy to see why documentarian Lisa Olivieri felt drawn to tell her story.
