A veteran stage performer, his credits include Rooster Hannigan in "Annie" (Broadway), Tito Merelli in "Lend Me A Tenor" (national tour), and Thenardier in "Les Miserables" (Los Angeles and San Francisco). Off and on, he has played both Rutledge and Lee in various productions of "1776" over the past thirty years.
Won Broadway's 2001 Tony Award as Best Actor (Featured Role - Musical)
for his portrayal of Roger DeBris in "The Producers, the new Mel Brooks
musical." He was also nominated in the same category in 1994 for his
portrayal of Lumiere in "Beauty and the Beast."
