Motown recording artist in the mid-1960s. Biggest hit was the
Holland-Dozier-Holland penned and produced "Love's Gone Bad" in 1966
(charted #41 R&B & #105 pop). Later became a Motown vice president.
I think I've always had a feeling of being different. First as a military brat among civilians, then as a musician. There was never a question of where I was headed.
