Meet Rachel Boston: Born and raised in Signal Mountain, Tennessee, Rachel Boston's pursuit of cinematic excellence led her from New York City at the age of 17 to Los Angeles by 19, where she joined the cast of the acclaimed NBC series "American Dreams" (2002).
