Insane

Not sure what I just watched but found myself laughing through several of the shorts while being shocked at others. Some are funny and some just dark as hell. Loved gifts and god hand. The bonus shorts at the end were crazy

Watched a screener and thoroughly enjoyed

Different to other films. Its lots of short films although some of them link to each other. I thought it was cleverly done although one part was just too gross for me.

Watched a screener of this. As instructed by the filmmakers, I turned my brain off and just went along for the ride and what a ride it was

Loved Matt Shaw's work.

Matt Shaw did a masterful job writing and producing this. Its not for the faint of heart but if you are a Matt Shaw fan, or want an introduction to him then this is it. Undeniably fascinating for its stories of lives behind closed doors. Very slick and professional job by the cast and crew... :)

Some original gory fun

I heard about the film via facebook and I rented it for 2 days not knowing really what to expect. I found it to be a breath of fresh air.It's not like anything I'd really watched before It's not going to be for everyone but I thought the story was original. It mixed horror and comedy with some serious themes. I especially liked the interludes between stories which cracked me up. I look forward to seeing more films like this.

Each house on the street tells and new story with a central storyline linking the stories together. Some of the characters living on this fictional street - and put into original tales - are pulled directly from some of Matt Shaw's short stories, novels and novellas. So fans of Shaw's work keep your eyes peeled... You may just see some characters you recognise.

During the filming process, Matt Shaw thought of some 60 second shorts with a twist. Instead of playing outtakes in the credits, as is the case with some films, Matt decided to include these 60 second shorts as a little bonus for the audience.
