"We'd be in a convoy of cars and I drove a lot, and there were times I had to accelerate a little more so I could reach a place on time. Or, you could say I just got carried away with those beautiful roads! But this ended up in a way that I unfortunately got many speeding tickets. Mumbai, Nov 5 (Ians) Filmmaker Anurag Basu is geared up for the release of his upcoming multistarrer film Ludo, and he has a quirky anecdote on how he finalised the title of the film.

"Throughout my last film 'Jagga Jasoos', we would play ludo on the set. Actually, not just on the set but even during long drives the game of ludo never ended. This film is similarly a story of four different journeys coming together, so the name 'Ludo' fell in place," said the director.

On how he decided to make the film, Basu added: "Before we started 'Ludo', I had four to five scripts ready and I had to make the difficult choice of which one to go ahead with. Tani (his wife) and (composer) Pritam da pushed me towards this script and that's how it came together."

The film is a dark comedy anthology starring Abhishek A.

New Delhi, Jan 28: "Nach Baliye" might have talented contestants performing elaborate dance sequences but their popularity does have a heavy impact, says TV actor Ritvik Dhanjani who, along with his girlfriend Asha Negi, is a strong contender for the upcoming finale.

The actor, who was previously seen in shows like "Bandini", "Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani", is currently seen in "Pavitra Rishta". He says that it is the "love of the audience" which has helped them reach so far in "Nach Baliye 6".

New Delhi, Nov 28: Ekta Kapoor's popular TV show "Pavitra Rishta" is set to take a six−month leap, with actor Shakti Arora making an entry in it.

The plot previously witnessed a four−year leap, and then a 20−year leap again saw new faces been introduced in the show.

In a new twist, viewers will be transported to Kolkata where Arjun (Rithvik Dhanjani), now an accomplished businessman, is settled with wife Ovi (Shruti Kanwar), who is pregnant. Meanwhile, Purvi (Asha Negi), Arjun's former love, is in Kolkata too and is also expecting a child.
