The Full Monty reboot series, set to premiere in June 2023, will not feature one of its original characters. It was announced back in June 2022 that Guy, played by actor Hugo Speer, will not appear at all in the new reboot series. The Full Monty reboot will consist of all the other previous members of the original Sheffield crew other than Guy, including Mark Addy as Dave, Robert Carlyle as Gaz, and Lesley Sharp as Jean. It will also be written by the original screenwriter of The Full Monty, Simon Beaufoy.

Jason Donovan Ups Security Following Death Threats
New dad Jason Donovan has changed the locks and upped security at his London house following a string of anonymous death threats. Donovan received several threats on his life while shooting his last movie - Sorted (2000) - according to crew members on the flick. The former soap star plays the part of a drag queen DJ in the tale of London's club life. And the death threats have left Donovan fearful he will not be able to protect his new daughter JEMMA, who was born last month, when she comes to stay at the ANY DREAM WILL DO singers house.
