Mistero a Saint Tropez

It's funny, a nice movie for a Sunday afternoon.

But the story is weak and poor.

The actors from Asterix and Obelix save the movie and gave me some good laughs.

No pun intended - maybe there is one. At least for those who had no fun at all with this - how can people like this? Well it is quite easy - humor is in the eye of the beholder. And even when something is as silly as this ... well you'll find someone (not me particularly) who will love this way too much (in your opinion).

I am a sucker too I reckon - in the perception of some. But I liked the movie - especially because of the cast! Quite a few known faces that get together - the plot ... well there is not that much here ... it's a mystery (no pun intended) ... but also does it really matter "whodunnit"? Just enjoy the show and the jokes if you can ... this really is nothing more than some short entertaining movie ... if you can suspend your disbelief that is.

But Clavier, why does he wants to play Clouseau Without any official references to him .

It's such a pale imitation , I suppose that the people who Didn't see the original pink panther would think this movie is good .

Mister Clavier you are not Peter Sellers at all ...

Mystère à Saint-Tropez is a light French comedy, with a magnificent cast. Great acting by Christian Clavier and Benoit Pulward. Here to the best of French humor, an excellent picture and a simple plot. For all this, I love French comedies. To be honest, I don't understand why the film failed and has below average rating. I liked the Mystère à Saint-Tropez.
