Though I don't have a perfect credible source, I presume it was met by some sort of cease and desist from Disney, given the fact that all information about it has disappeared aside from the two trailers on youtube. After doing some scouring on the internet attempting to find any information, it would appear that nothing, no release date (aside from the original release date) is available in terms of information about the film. Theirs no updates from the twitter account, no one has even mentioned it SINCE the teasers dropped on youtube. Given the complete lack of information, it would seem that this project has either been completely cancelled, perhaps not even finished, or something fell apart at some point before it was going to be completed and released. Steve is a tough guy to get in touch with, but if you know how, I would just contact him about it at this point because clearly something is up.
