Victoria (Kelsey Collins Keener) has amassed an army of "newborn" vampires to support her in her quest to kill Bella (Heather Ann Davis). In the final scene, Little Edward (Pancho Moler) pops his head into the examining room and exclaims, "Daddy's home!"

Yes. Prior to the credits, there is a short film of several "Twi-hard" fans watching the trailer for the The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. During the credits, outtakes and bloopers are shown. At the end of the credits is a replay of the scene where Ronald is tossed to the pavement and a bad Samaritan (gratuitous cameo by director Craig Moss) is shown walking by him.

Two scenes were prolonged for the unrated version which runs approximately 11 seconds longer than the theatrical version.
