I lived through peak television, and I needed every minute. For me Smallville started with the war(s). And ended with the CW changing from Capeless Wonders to Capitalist Wasteland with the end of Arrowverse. I watched it all and never complained. My church was full.
On a weekly basis I took communion with hope. People worked together in the US and Canada to present hope in mostly non-flying color.
My first television was black and white for the Ali/Fraser fight. My first show in color was All in the Family. My most frequent fountain was MASH and my mother hated Lynda Carter.
I owe deep thanks to Smallville and their efforts at change, growth and hope. Somehow you earned 10 seasons despite hate campaigns that continue today. I just can't imagine complaining about kids playing in costumes and gunning for hope. To be so full is unimaginable to me. Welcome, it's now the time of the haters. We literally have not a single show atm where so dresses up to deliver hope to complain about.
It's the end 2024 and hate officially takes office in a month. There's no more Superman on television.

They changed the title on us, so I've seen this twice. Turns out that's fine. I enjoyed the second run, remembering the 5 I gave it before.
It's safe to say that I didn't get much on the first viewing, based on the second viewing. For the second viewing, I got a lot more, but probably not 100%, for sure.
Accessing this work will require prep; the atmosphere of the work is genuinely copying Blade Runner, so the viewer can feel a familiar place, time, and existentialism. I took this to mean that replicants were in the film, and during the second viewing again, I thought I was dealing with replicants, but that's not the case. I won't spoil it because you might enjoy the film and there is a necessary element; anyway, they're not replicas. They are heavily alienated, though.
The second and last key: 2.00x. No joke. Best wishes, it's tolerable and I liked it.

The CW, now standing for Capitalist Wasteland, has been a reliable delivery machine of hope to me since Sept 2001.
As a typical US American I was without healthcare some of this time.
Even when homeless, I got to see beauty delivered Canadian style. This last episode marks the end.
No more symbols.
No more inexplicable doctoring. No more business in hope.
To the Joker's daughter, I laughed. To a super Dad, I did cry. And to the kids that grew before me, I hoped. To those without faces, I enjoyed. Ty for letting people do their best. It worked. Some might call that an American Dream.
TYVM, I mean it. You all worked and it did on me.
