We recently speculated that Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock will get a new costume in Daredevil: Born Again season 2, and that's been confirmed by a newly revealed set video.
The Man Without Fear is shown emerging from the water wearing a black suit that's likely based on what the hero wore during his "Shadowland" era (he also donned a black suit with red accents during Charles Soule's Daredevil run).
This isn't the clearest shot in the world but those who were able to snap photos from afar have confirmed the costume doesn't appear to feature the "Dd" logo. At this rate, we're either never getting that or it's being saved for Daredevil's next era once he's dealt with Mayor Wilson Fisk.
The third episode of Daredevil: Born Again teased the idea of Matt having multiple costumes, including a black cowl we're assuming is what he's wearing here.

In this past Wednesday's episode of Daredevil: Born Again, we were finally introduced to Muse. His artwork has been spotted around New York City on several occasions throughout the series, but the villain has finally stepped out of the shadows.
While this take on him appears to differ from his comic book counterpart (in the sense that he no longer has superpowers or a penchant for staging gory crime scenes), the McU's Muse is still killing people and finding a unique use for their blood.
Talking to TV Line, Daredevil: Born Again episodes 4 and 5 director David Boyd confirmed the character has been "kidnapping and murdering people, draining their blood and making murals all over New York City."
Showrunner Dario Scardapane also revealed that Muse will play a role in season 1 "and beyond," explaining, "I call Muse a stressor in this story, in that in the battle between Fisk and Matt Murdock,...

23 years ago, S.W.A.T. made its return to the screen, relaunching an action franchise that had been largely forgotten since its original run as a TV series in 1975. The original show followed a specialized police force in California, tackling organized crime, terrorism and drug trafficking. But, despite its strong debut and ratings, the series was eventually canceled due to concerns over violence on television.
In 2003, S.W.A.T. was revived as a feature film. The film, starring Colin Farrell and Samuel L. Jackson, followed the same premise as the original series, with a S.W.A.T team facing off against the city’s biggest criminals. This relaunch set the stage for a television reboot in 2017. The new series, led by Shemar Moore, introduced the franchise to a younger, more diverse audience. But it was the 2003 film that brought the franchise back to life, with a focus on authenticity that set it apart as one of...

While the Disney/Fox merger saw the rights to the X-Men and Fantastic Four return to Marvel Studios, Spider-Man is still only on loan from Sony Pictures.
Marvel Studios' agreement with the studio fell apart shortly before Spider-Man: Far From Home's release but when the news was made public, filmmaker and fan backlash helped change Sony's mind (even Tom Holland got on the phone to Disney CEO Bob Iger).
There are certain conditions to how Spider-Man is utilised in the MCU and Sony is free to make movies like Madame Web and Kraven the Hunter without Kevin Feige's input. Back to the web-slinger, though, and the odds of him showing up anywhere other than in his own movies or the Avengers franchise are slim.
That's why we're not expecting Peter Parker to cross paths with the Man Without Fear in Daredevil: Born Again. If Marvel Studios...

In Daredevil: Born Again's season premiere, a distraught Matt Murdock throws Bullseye to the street below before unmasking and being discovered by retired NYPD Detective, Cherry. In the fallout from Foggy Nelson's death, he kept the Man Without Fear's secret and became a private investigator for Murdock & McDuffie.
As work continues on Daredevil: Born Again season 2, Cherry - played by Clark Johnson - has been spotted filming a scene with Mayor Wilson Fisk's Anti-Vigilante Task Force.
Unfortunately, things aren't looking good for the former cop.
As you can see in the X post below, a startled Cherry is knocked to the ground after taking a blow to the head from a baton. The cop in question, believed to be Hamish Allan-Headley's Officer Powell, proceeds to beat him over the head four times. While Cherry could just be badly injured, this looks more like a murder to us.

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Set Photos Reveal New Character Being Detained By The Avtf - Spoilers
Cameras have been rolling on the second seasoon of Marvel's Darededvil: Born Again for a few weeks at this stage, and while we haven't seen anything too spoiler-y so far, the set photos being shared online are starting to get a little more revealing.
There will be spoilers from this point on.
These latest set snaps reveal that Annie Parisse has joined the cast for season 2, and it looks like her character is going to find herself on Mayor Wilson Fisk's bad side.
Though we have no idea if Parisse will play an established Marvel Comics character, these photos show her being detained by the Kingpin's anti-vigilante task force (The Avtf). A previous rumor claimed that season 2 of Born Again will focus on the Man Without Fear assembling his own team to combat Kingpin's forces, so Parisse might well be playing a member of Murdock's new crew.

If you haven't watched this week's episode of Daredevil: Born Again yet, beware of major spoilers from this point on.
The debut of graffiti artist/serial killer Muse has been teased since the premiere of Marvel Television's revival series, but during last night's fourth episode, we finally got to see the sinister villain in action as he set about draining an unfortunate victim's blood to use as his "painting materials."
Though we haven't seen the character without his mask yet, fans have been theorizing about his identity since the first trailer, and Marvel may have let the cat out of the bag a little early.
In the closing credits of "Sic Semper Systema," Wednesday and Your Honor actor Hunter Doohan is listed as a guest star despite never appearing (unmasked) in the episode. Doohan plays the nervous young man we see approaching Heather Glenn in episode 2 to ask if...

Daredevil: Born Again season 2 is expected to continue shooting in New York for at least another couple of days and some hi-res shots of Charlie Cox and Deborah Ann Woll have now found their way online.
Matt Murdock and Karen Page appear to be keeping a low profile, explaining why the latter is wearing a wig. The Man Without Fear, meanwhile, is rocking a pair of shades and a hood; neither of them has the best disguise but they're likely enough to keep them off the radar of the Anti Vigilante Task Force patrolling the Big Apple.
The biggest reveal is that Matt is believed missing! A literal "Missing" poster has been spotted on set with a 24-hour hotline - 555-murdock - set up to help track him down.
While this may have been set up by a friend like Kirsten McDuffie, for example, this is more likely Mayor Fisk's way of tracking down Daredevil,...

This week's episode of Daredevil: Born Again begins with the aftermath of Hector Ayala's tragic murder, as Matt Murdock drops by the morgue to retrieve his client's belongings - including the White Tiger costume and amulet.
Spoilers ahead.
Though we never actually see it in action, Murdock mentions that this amulet imbues Hector with "great strength and speed" during the trial in episode 3. Hector Ayala may be gone, but that doesn't mean the White Tiger won't live again.
In "Sic Semper Systema," Matt consoles Hector's niece Angela del Toro (Camila Rodriguez), who dons the White Tiger mantle in the comics. There is a suggestion that "someone" will ultimately take up Hector's cause and find out who killed him during Matt and Angela's conversation, but director Jeffrey Nachmanoff has now revealed that the episode originally included a much more obvious hint that Angela will continue in her uncle's footsteps.

Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) made his official MCU debut last night during episode 4 of Daredevil: Born Again, and even though the character only showed up for one scene, he certainly left a lasting impression.
If you haven't watched yet, spoilers will follow.
"Sic Semper Systema" saw Matt Murdock track down his old "friend" after discovering a bullet casing with a familiar skull logo at the scene of Hector Ayala's murder. Their reunion is as confrontational as you'd expect, as Castle attempts to get Murdock to admit that he wanted to - and should have - ended Benjamin Poindexter/Bullseye's life as vengeance for the murder of Foggy Nelson.
"There's a little bit of Frank in all of us; I genuinely believe that," Bernthal tells EW. "Like that line, 'We're all one bad day away from being me.' I think that Frank is seeing himself in Matt, and...

Yesterday evening's episode of Daredevil: Born Again delivered one of the show's best moments yet when Matt Murdock reunited with Frank Castle. The MCU versions of these characters have formed an uneasy alliance and seemed almost friendly...when punches weren't being thrown, of course.
It's no secret at this point that the series went through some huge changes during its "creative overhaul" and it sounds like The Punisher's role was chief among them.
According to @MyTimeToShineH, Jon Bernthal's return was originally meant to happen in episode 5 but was brought forward to this instalment. It's unclear how much, if any, of the actor's scenes were pre-overhaul but the scooper says Adr added the word "Bullseye" - the first time Dex has been referred to by the moniker - and new shots of Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock.

Daredevil: Born Again debuted to positive reviews earlier this month and, following yesterday evening's stellar episode, the show's Rotten Tomatoes score has once again increased.
"Sic Semper Systema" featured the return of Jon Bernthal as The Punisher along with Muse's haunting debut and, with reviews for this specific episode uploaded overnight, the score has increased from 84% to 86%.
It's an admittedly small difference, albeit one that pushes Daredevil: Born Again closer to being one of Marvel Studios' most critically acclaimed Disney+ TV shows.
The studio needed a win after Captain America: Brave New World as that drew mostly mixed-to-negative reviews when it opened in theaters last month. That was a disappointment for Marvel Studios, especially as Deadpool & Wolverine, Agatha All Along, and Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man were widely praised.
Cap's latest movie was the victim of reshoots, though a creative only seemed to benefit Daredevil: Born Again.

Jon Bernthal made his long-awaited return as Frank Castle during tonight's episode of Daredevil: Born Again, but it seems The Punisher wasn't going to be a part of the original version of the Disney+ series - because the actor had decided to walk away!
During an interview with EW, Bernthal spoke about reprising the role after playing the volatile vigilante in two seasons of the Netflix series and his own Punisher spin-off show.
"It was like, Let's see if this works. Let's see if there's a real openness and a hunger to let Frank be what Frank is, which is dark enough to have the courage and the boldness to turn your back on the audience and to make it difficult, to make it enormously psychologically complex and to steer away from any cuteness or humor and to really go full bore."

The fourth episode of Daredevil: Born Again is now streaming on Disney+, and Marvel Television has debuted a new character featuring Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle.
If you haven't watched yet, spoilers will follow.
"Sic Semper Systema," which roughly translates to all systems will inevitably be overthrown, saw the return of The Punisher, as Matt Murdock sought out his old "friend" after discovering a bullet casing with a familiar skull logo at the scene of Hector Ayala's murder.
Murdock seemed fairly certain that Frank didn't actually kill White Tiger, but he had an ulterior motive for tracking down the ruthless vigilante, which Castle senses almost immediately. Matt isn't quite prepared to allow vengeance to consume him entirely and become like The Punisher... but he may only need a little push.
Castle only appears in one scene, but it's by far the highlight of the episode, and we already know...

As filming on the second season of Marvel Television's Daredevil: Born Again continues, we have some more photos and video from the New York set.
Minor spoilers follow.
Though Deborah Ann Woll has already been confirmed to return for season 2, if you haven't been keeping up with online coverage of the series, the fact that Karen Page can be seen with Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) here could be viewed as a spoiler.
It looks like both characters - who appear to be holding hands in one video - have donned disguises (how effective they are is debatable), likely in an effort to evade Mayor Wilson Fisk's (Vincent D'Onofrio) anti-vigilante task force.
Speaking of the gang Fisk recruits to go after masked crime-fighters - who have now adopted the acronym Avtg - the photos also give us a much better look at the uniforms they'll be wearing in season 2, and as you can see,...

Daredevil Star [Spoiler] Returns With A New Look In Latest Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Set Photos
Filming on Daredevil: Born Again season 2 has resumed in New York and we have a first look at Deborah Ann Woll's return as Karen Page! Like Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock, she appears to be keeping a low profile by disguising herself with a red wig.
At this point, it seems safe to assume that both Matt and Karen are fugitives being hunted by Mayor Wilson Fisk and his Anti-Vigilante Task Force.
Earlier today, we told you about rumours that season 2 will see the Man Without Fear attempting to assemble a team to take down the Kingpin of Crime, leading to speculation about a Defenders reunion. Given directors Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead's history with Moon Knight, perhaps Jake Lockley will make a surprise appearance?
Jessica Jones and Echo remain the most likely possibilities, though, and we don't anticipate seeing any characters who are that noteworthy in set photos.

Ahead of tonight's new episode of Daredevil: Born Again, we have a new rumor relating to the currently-shooting second season.
If you haven't been keeping up with previous rumors and recent set photos, spoilers will follow.
At this stage in the show, Mayor Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio) has already made his feelings about costumed vigilante's very clear (he may even have been the one who orchestrated the murder of Hector Ayala in episode 3), but it seems the former(?) Kingpin of Crime will take his crusade to a whole new level by putting his own anti-vigilante task force together at some point.
Who this crew will consist of remains to be seen (though there are more than enough corrupt NYPD officers out there), but it sounds like the Man Without Fear (Charlie Cox) will have a response.
According to Daniel Richtman, season 2 of Born Again will "focus on him recruiting a...

Work is underway on Daredevil: Born Again season 2 in New York. We've yet to see anything too revealing, but a new shot of a poster displayed on the city's streets doesn't bode well for the Big Apple's vigilantes.
Alongside a stern shot of Vincent D'Onofrio's Mayor Wilson Fisk, the words "Fisk" and "Making NYC Safe" are displayed alongside a phone number: 555-nomasks.
Looking to the comic books for clues, it seems likely that the Kingpin of Crime has successfully outlawed vigilantes in New York and is now encouraging people to report any masked do-gooders they see in action. This might explain why Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock was recently seen attempting to keep a low profile.
Fisk clamping down on vigilantes isn't good news for the McU's street-level superheroes, though there aren't really that many of them beyond the likes of Daredevil and Spider-Man. Does this mean Fisk has...

While critics got to see Daredevil: Born Again's first season in its entirety, everyone else has only seen the first three instalments (the fourth hits Disney+ tomorrow evening).
That wouldn't normally matter too much but with work underway on season 2, more photos from the show's set in New York have been shared on social media today and they could be considered somewhat spoilery.
As you can see in the X posts below, Matt Murdock appears to be keeping a low profile as he meets with his friend and Murdock & McDuffie's resident investigator, Cherry. Why is the lawyer seemingly keeping his head down? That obviously remains to be seen.
Another photo makes it clear that at least some New York residents have had quite enough of Fisk as Mayor.

In Daredevil: Born Again, Michael Gandolfini - the son of the late, great Sopranos star James Gandolfini - plays Daniel Blake, a Wilson Fisk fanboy who serves on the New York Mayor's staff.
Daniel is a character created specifically for the MCU, though many fans believe he'll be revealed as a new version of Butch, the Kingpin of Crime's illegitimate son. If so, the relationship between Wilson and his young protégé promises to get very complicated, very quickly.
Talking to TV Line, Vincent D'Onofrio reflected on crossing paths with Michael's father earlier in his career and teased a big Daredevil: Born Again scene between his and James' respective MCU characters.
"We spent some time together, James and I," he said of his Mr. Wonderful co-star. "We weren’t like best friends or anything, but we had some great conversations. He was a really good dude."

Episode 4 of Daredevil: Born Again arrives on Disney+ this Tuesday, and if you'd like some idea of what to expect, you'll find a spoiler-free preview below.
We won't be sharing any major details about this week's episode, but there will be full spoilers for "The Hollow of his Hand."
Episode 3 culminated with the shocking death of Hector Ayala, aka White Tiger, at the hands of a mysterious assassin wearing Frank Castle's signature Punisher skull logo on his chest. In the aftermath, Matt Murdock must console Hector's grieving niece Angela (who might just wind up following in her uncle's footsteps one day) while doing his best to find out who killed his client.
Ayala's murder takes Matt to a dark place as he thinks about Foggy Nelson and asks himself whether justice was really served when Bullseye was sent away for life. While investigating Hector's death, Murdock decides...

Daredevil: Born Again is set in a corner of the MCU that Marvel Studios has rarely explored. However, street-level superhero stories are something fans are eager to see more of, especially as the Avengers have largely dominated the screen since Iron Man's release in 2008.
Charlie Cox's Man Without Fear has already crossed paths with Peter Parker and teamed up with She-Hulk; according to a new report from TV Line, they won't necessarily be the last superheroes he meets.
In a Q&a, the ever-reliable Matt Webb Mitovich was asked if Daredevil: Born Again references any MCU movie characters.
"Whereas Wilson Fisk in Episode 2 alluded to 'a man who dresses in a spider outfit' (akin to how Netflix’s Jessica Jones would refer to, ugh, 'the big green guy' and 'the flag-waver')," he responded, "rest assured that a current MCU hero will be name-checked - as well as appear...

With all due respect to the Russo Brothers, we're here today to talk about a very different kind of "Cherry." Marvel's "Daredevil: Born Again" might be making headlines for bringing back -- and occasionally killing off -- certain characters from the Netflix series, but don't underestimate the new additions to the supporting cast. Even among these newbies, performances by Nikki M. James as legal partner Kirsten McDuffie or the late Kamar de los Reyes as Hector Ayala/White Tiger have certainly taken the fandom by storm. Yet the entire creative team has one key cast member to thank for arguably the show's best and most welcome new element: Clark Johnson as the always reliable, even-keeled private investigator Cherry.
Thus far, we've seen Cherry emerge as one of the standout characters in Matt Murdock's (Charlie Cox) close circle of allies. One of the very few individuals to become aware of Matt's secret identity as Daredevil,...

While it's only been featured in the premiere so far, Daredevil: Born Again has given the Man Without Fear a new suit. Far more in line with what the hero wears in the comics, there's a lot more red than the Netflix version...but still no sign of the "Dd" logo.
Charlie Cox has now been spotted on the set of Daredevil: Born Again season 2 and the boots alone confirm he's back in costume. However, eagle-eyed fans have pointed out that the neck area is now entirely black, a sign perhaps that the vigilante will be getting a fully black costume.
There's precedent for this in the comics, whether it's Matt Murdock's armoured look or his short-lived Shadowland costume.
Trailers for Daredevil: Born Again have shown us a black cowl in the lawyer's hidden armoury, so we have every reason to believe Daredevil is getting a new look in...

We're now three episodes into Daredevil: Born Again - read our in-depth thoughts on the episode here - and Marvel Studios has just shared another poster for the Disney+ revival.
Teasing the Man Without Fear's dual identities, it's a clever piece of imagery and one that's bound to make fans even more eager to see Matt Murdock back in costume. While the lawyer has seen plenty of action - in and out of the courtroom - he hasn't suited up since the premiere.
It's coming, but you will need to be patient (and that's all we can really say for now).
A handful of official stills from "The Hollow Of His Hand" have also been released and those put the spotlight on White Tiger, his day in court, and characters like Kirsten McDuffie, The Kingpin, and Cherry.
Daredevil: Born Again showrunner Dario Scardapane recently described his approach to the show's action scenes.

Episode 3 of Daredevil: Born Again, "The Hollow of his Hand" (the title comes from a toast Heather Glenn makes to Foggy Nelson's memory), is now streaming on Disney+, and director Michael Cuesta spoke about his work on the show during an interview with Phase Hero.
Major spoilers follow.
The biggest talking points of the episode are the shocking death of Hector Ayala, aka White Tiger, and that final glimpse of his killer walking towards the camera wearing Frank Castle’s signature skull symbol under his coat.
White Tiger's demise was made all the more poignant by actor Kamar de los Reyes' passing in 2023 after a battle with cancer. Cuesta reveals that Reyes seemed to be in some pain while shooting his scenes, but nobody was really sure what he was going through at the time. Daredevil: Born Again has begun production in New York and, depending on how much of the city Marvel Studio intends to shoot in, keeping spoilers under wraps could be easier said than done.
The cast was reportedly filming interior scenes yesterday but several vans were spotted on set seemingly revealing the names of the characters who were part of that. Among them were "Mr. Charles" (likely Daredevil actor Charlie Cox), "Bb Urich" (Genneya Walton), Heather (Margarita Levieva), and "Stunt Muse."
Unless it's a codename for another character, that's presumably a reference to a stuntperson who was on set suited up as the villainous Muse. We've yet to meet the villain in Daredevil: Born Again, though he was set to be the show's big bad before the creative overhaul.
In the comics, Muse was a mysterious, deranged artist whose artwork was created using the blood from over a hundred different missing people he'd murdered.

The devil works hard, but spoiler warnings work harder. Read no further if you haven't watched the latest episode of "Daredevil: Born Again."
Is it possible we've been looking back at the Netflix "Daredevil" series through rose-tinted glasses? Controversial, I know. I'll acquit myself of these charges, natch, since I was never all that high on it in the first place; I originally tapped out on the series after season 1 and only went back to do a proper marathon in the lead up to "Born Again." What constantly frustrated me, however, was how the various writers and showrunners approached the dichotomy at the heart of Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock. Yes, the various bare-knuckle action sequences and ruthless hallway fights stole much of the spotlight, and deservedly so. But whenever I think back to the highest highs of the Netflix show, what comes to mind first isn't his violent beatdowns...

Episode 2 of Daredevil: Born Again featured a clear reference to Spider-Man when Wilson Fisk mentioned a "guy in a spider suit" during his Mayoral address, but fans are convinced that this week's third instalment included a nod to Marvel's other wall-crawling hero.
We don't go into too much detail on the episode here, but there will be some mild spoilers.
In "The Hollow of his Hand," Matt Murdock outs Hector Ayala as the costumed vigilante known as White Tiger in an attempt to get him acquitted for the (accidental) killing of an NYPD officer. While listing off Hector's selfless deeds, Murdock names several cops who have praised White Tiger as a hero, including Officer Reyes, Officer Wong, Officer Morales, and Officer Grant.
Could this be Miles Morales' father, Jefferson?
It's certainly possible, although it's worth noting that Morales is actually Miles' mother's last name. However, Jeff did take his...

This article contains spoilers for "Daredevil: Born Again" season 1, episode 3.
Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) has always been a complex guy, as befits a devil who's playing for the side of the angels. The character's first headliner gig in the Marvel Cinematic Universe continues to lean heavily into this characterization, depicting his charm, smarts, guilt, and determination with equal gusto. However, when Matt deals with the Hector Ayala murder case with the best intentions at heart, one particular call he makes ends up becoming one of the most stellar MCU examples of sheer moral ambiguity.
In the second episode of "Daredevil: Born Again" (read our review), Hector attempts to stop two men roughing up someone and the ensuing fracas causes one to stumble in front of an oncoming train. Matt chances upon the case when his super-senses notice the arrested Hector's peril. The lawyer is quick to realize that the man is not only innocent,...

Though there have been conflicting reports on exactly how different Daredevil: Born Again would have been prior to the major creative overhaul, we know that some big changes were made to bring the Disney+ series more in line with the original Netflix Daredevil show.
Stars Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio have indicated that they played a part in convincing Marvel Television that making a fourth season (for all intents and purposes) was the right move, and Michael Cuesta - who directed episodes 2 and 3 as well as the original pilot - has now shared some intriguing new details.
Apparently, episodes 2 and 3 were the original pilot.
Cuesta's full interview with Phase Hero doesn't go live until after tonight's episode, but this would obviously suggest that the events of the first episode of Born Again - Foggy's death, that Bullseye fight sequence, the sit-down between Murdock and Fisk - were not going to be depicted.

With only two episodes of Daredevil: Born Again streaming on Disney+ as we write this, Marvel Studios finds itself in something of a unique predicament. Why? Well, production has already begun on season 2.
As we first reported earlier today, set photos have started finding their way online and it's surely only a matter of time before the cast is spotted and we get some major spoilers. Those of you who remember the series shooting in New York the first time around will have seen several big moments in advance, including a certain character's demise.
We'll see if any similarly big reveals drop in the coming weeks, but for now, we have a first proper look at Mayor Wilson Fisk's Anti-Vigilante Task Force. They were first spotted when cameras were rolling on season 1, but the villain's personal army has seemingly received some big upgrades and now look to be decked out in Punisher-inspired armour.

The series premiere of Daredevil: Born Again saw Matt Murdock meet a new love-interest (Margarita Levieva's Heather Glenn), and things seemed to be going pretty well for the pair in episode 2... although there was the somewhat ominous reveal that Wilson and Vanessa Fisk had enlisted Heather's services for couples therapy.
Was this simply a coincidence, or is the Kingpin taking precautions in case Murdock decides to let the Devil loose again?
Possible spoilers follow.
“Is it a coincidence…?” executive producer Sana Amanat responds to TV Line when asked about Fisk's intentions. “Is it?” adds showrunner Dario Scardapane. “Or is it another Fiskian movie to get close to people in Matt’s life?”

The great thing about social media is that it gives everyone a platform to share their thoughts. At the same time, giving everyone that opportunity isn't always the best idea.
Daredevil: Born Again star Vincent D'Onofrio recently celebrated the glowing reviews the series has received, only for one fan to reply by telling him, "It sucked actually and your character is pathetic and thoroughly ruined." They would know, right?
Unfortunately for them, they use "Dumbass" as their screen name (it's hardly a surprise they're hiding their real identity), allowing the Kingpin actor to reply, "Thanks for your support dumbass."
Wilson Fisk wins again.
Daredevil: Born Again has made some big changes to the villain. He's seemingly given up his criminal empire to "save" New York by becoming its Mayor. It's clear Fisk is up to something, though his focus is currently on outlawing vigilantes in the Big Apple.

Disney+ counts a view as the total time streamed divided by the episode’s runtime. This strong start marks it as the platform’s biggest premiere of the year so far.

The two-episode premiere of Daredevil: Born Again has proven very popular with viewers, giving Disney+ its biggest streaming debut of the year so far.
According to Variety, the Marvel Television revival series drew 7.5 million views in its first five days of availability on the streamer, with a view defined as total stream time divided by runtime.
For some context, sci-fi drama Paradise drew 7 million views across its first nine days of streaming on Hulu and Disney+ earlier this year, while previous MCU Disney+ series, Agatha All Along, drew between 3 and 5 million views at different points in its run late last year.

“Daredevil: Born Again” enjoyed a strong launch on Disney+.
According to the Mouse House, the Marvel Television series drew 7.5 million views in its first five days of availability on Disney+, with a view defined as total stream time divided by runtime. That makes it the biggest streaming debut on the platform this year. The show officially launched on March 4.

According to the Mouse House, the Marvel Television series drew 7.5 million views in its first five days of availability on Disney+, with a view defined as total stream time divided by runtime. That makes it the biggest streaming debut on the platform this year. The show officially launched on March 4.

We're sure the majority of you have watched the first two episodes of Daredevil: Born Again at this stage, but just in case, major spoilers follow.
Ahead of tomorrow's third episode, Marvel Television has released some clips from a roundtable chat with the show's executive producer Sana Amanat and main cast members Charlie Cox, Vincent D'Onofrio, Deborah Ann Woll, and Elden Henson.
In the video, the group discusses some of the major plot points from the two-episode premiere, and as you might expect, the tragic death of Henson's character, Foggy Nelson, at the hands of the twisted assassin known as Bullseye (Wilson Bethel) gets most of the focus.
Amanat asks Henson what he'd say to Foggy's devastated fans, and the actor simply responds that killing him off was "not my idea." The actor goes on to say that he feels lucky to have been able to play Nelson...

Daredevil: Born Again was always going to kill Foggy Nelson. The creative overhaul just made it so that the lawyer died on-camera rather than off-screen, the correct decision by Marvel Studios and showrunner Dario Scardapane.
After Foggy is gunned down by the returning Bullseye, Matt listens as his best friend's heartbeat slows and eventually stops. A one-year time jump later confirms that Foggy died from his wounds, though many believe he could somehow return, especially as Elden Henson is set to return in season 2.
Appearing at a fan convention over the weekend, the Daredevil star broke his silence on Foggy's tragic end. As you can see in the X posts at the bottom of this page, Henson was apologetic for allowing fans to think he has more than a few minutes of screentime in the show.
"I felt guilty because everyone was so excited but obviously it wasn’t my decision,...

Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 Rumor Reveals A Big Defenders Update; [Spoiler] Could Make MCU Return
Daredevil: Born Again's third episode will be released on Disney+ this Tuesday but with cameras already rolling on season 2, many fans are already eager to learn what those 8 episodes hold in store for the Man Without Fear.
The Cosmic Circus has shared a handful of updates today, including plans for the Defenders. As the site's Alex Perez posits, "It will be interesting to see how that plays out in the second season, and how Matt will convince them to step out of the shadows after what happens in season 1."
That's likely a reference to Mayor Wilson Fisk's plan to clamp down on vigilantes roaming the Big Apple. This presumably means Marvel Studios has convinced Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Mike Colter (Luke Cage), and Finn Jones (Iron Fist) to reprise their respective Netflix roles.
However, in the latter's case, the insider believes that, when Danny Rand returns, it might not...

Jon Bernthal first played Frank Castle in Daredevil season 2 and, while his character's origin story was somewhat convoluted, The Walking Dead alum's interpretation of The Punisher resonated with fans in a big way.
A spin-off followed, though it only lasted two seasons before the launch of Disney+ saw Netflix pull the plug on it and every other Marvel Television series it hosted.
Bernthal has since reprised arguably his most iconic role in Daredevil: Born Again. While he's only expected to appear in a few episodes, the actor will likely have more to do when season 2 arrives next year and is confirmed to take centre stage in a Special Presentation he's writing with director Reinaldo Marcus Green.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, that will air in 2026 alongside Daredevil: Born Again and, at the SXSW premiere of his new movie The Accountant 2, Bernthal shared some insights into what fans can expect.

In the season premiere of Daredevil: Born Again, Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk have a tense exchange about their respective darker halves. It's a fantastic scene, albeit one of the only times we'll see those characters cross paths during season 1.
That's not a spoiler; it's something we've been hearing for a while, presumably to temper expectations for a season-long clash between Daredevil and the Kingpin of Crime New York's new Mayor.
Slash Film recently caught up with actors Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio and asked for their thoughts on the decision to show restraint and, as a result, leave us wanting more of them.
"I think that, on a personal level, we love working together," Cox started. "It's such fun, and those days...I long for them. Bringing these two iconic characters together and the fun we have as actors portraying them is the best. I think that you're right...

To celebrate Marvel Television's Daredevil: Born Again, which premiered on Disney+ earlier this week, Marvel Comics will spotlight artwork from the highly-anticipated show in a new line of variant covers.
On sale starting in April, the three "Marvel Television Variant Covers" will be featured on issues #20 - #21 of Daredevil's current solo comic series as well as the second issue of the upcoming Daredevil: Cold Day In Hell limited series.
The covers showcase original costume illustrations and concept art from Marvel Studios' Head of Visual Development Ryan Meinerding and Visual Development Supervisor Jackson Sze, including designs for Daredevil's new suit debuting in the show.
Easily the most intriguing piece shows Matt Murdock looking a little worse for wear and wearing a red tactical mask while wielding the broken remains of his cane.

The first two episodes of Daredevil: Born Again are now streaming on Disney+, and the series premiere kicked-off with a bloody sequence that culminated with the death of one character and another left in a very bad way.
Spoilers follow.
"Heaven's Half Hour" begins with Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), Karen Page (Deborah Ann Woll) and Foggy Nelson (Elden Henson) making their way to Josie's Bar for a drink. We get to spend just enough time with these close friends to make the looming "traumatic event" even more devastating when it arrives.
Benjamin "Dex" Poindexter, aka Bullseye (Wilson Bethel), orchestrates a plan to lure Daredevil away so that he can target those closest to him, and - as many predicted after those revealing set photos - this results in the death of a beloved character from the original Netflix series.
Foggy Nelson is shot through the chest and ultimately bleeds out in Karen's arms.
