There he was able to continue his film career indeed but he only got offered minor roles.

  • With the takeover of the National Socialism his film career in Germany ended in 1933 and in Austria in 1937.
  • When he settled in Berlin for a longer time and also managed several theaters he was engaged for the film as well.
