Lost out to Woody Harrelson for the role of Woody in "Cheers" (1982).
Was considered for the lead in Raising Arizona (1987), but Nicolas Cage ended up with the part.
Although he played Terry O'Quinn's son in Mischief (1985), he is less than nine years his junior in real life.
His band was featured in Rolling Stone Magazine.
