Just after completing "The Blue Yonder" for the Disney Channel in 1985, Frank moved to LA (from San Francisco), and has utilized it as his base ever since. A SAG member for more than 35 years, with 20 years vested into SAG's pension plan. Frank has performed on TV with "Starring," "Guest Starring," "Featured," and "Co-Starring" credits - having played a young Art Carney, the famed prophet Edgar Cayce, the evil Dr. Oddlike, the eccentric Professor Herbert Dippington, and the Puritan Barnabas Pinch as notable standouts. Frank has been an on-camera principal in over 65 SAG commercials, including voice over performances. Frank has won numerous acting awards for his stage work, including a "Dramalogue" in 1991 as Malvolio in an LA based production of Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night."
