Erinn Hayes will play Ted's wife, Princess Elizabeth and Jayma Mays will play Princess Joanna, Bill's wife. This comes after it was just announced that Amy Stoch and Hal Landon Jr. are back to reprise their roles as Missy and Chet Logan, respectively. Beck Bennett has been cast as Ted's younger brother Deacon.

Deacon was originally played by Frazier Bain in Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. He didn't act much after that role in 1989 and went onto become a producer. The Two and a Half Men star has been battling ex Sarah Trigger over his child support obligations since the two divorced in 2004, and the actor recently insisted he shouldn't have to pay Trigger to look after their son Charlie Austin - since she only looks after the boy approximately four per cent of the time.

However on Monday, California Court of Appeals officials rejected Cryer's bid and ordered him to pay the hefty sum.

A court representative told TMZ.com, "Although, understandably, Jon may have found the situation unfair, the primary focus must remain on the child's well-being, not the parents' feelings."

The couple wed in 1997 and since the pair split, a family court has drastically reduced Trigger's custody rights after deeming her an unfit parent.

Actor Jon Cryer has settled a bitter legal battle over child support payments with his ex-wife Sarah Trigger.

The Two And A Half Men star has primary custody of their nine-year-old son Charlie and filed court papers requesting a judge to dismiss his monthly support costs of $8,000 (£5,335).

The former couple attended a hearing in a California court on Monday, when the case was settled.

The details of the outcome have been sealed by the presiding judge and therefore not released to the press, however Trigger's lawyer tells TMZ.com, "We're relieved it's over."

Cryer and Trigger divorced in 2004 after five years of marriage.

The FBI is currently investigating a death threat allegedly made against "Two and a Half Men" star Jon Cryer. According to law enforcement sources, the Emmy Award-winning actor believes his ex-wife hired a hitman to finish him off.

TMZ reported that Cryer called authorities last Friday, saying his life was in danger from a hitman. The set of the CBS sitcom was closed to the audience due to the "significant" threat on the 44-year-old star's life.

Sources said Cryer thinks his ex-wife, Sarah Trigger, is behind the threat, although FBI has no suspect yet.

A lawyer representing Jon Cryer's ex-wife Sarah Trigger has lashed out at reports her client was behind alleged death threats made against the actor last week.

Security on the set of Cryer's U.S. sitcom Two & A Half Men was reportedly boosted after the actor received a menacing phone call - and members of a studio audience were sent home.

Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) were then brought in to get to the bottom of the alleged threats.

Sources close to the show told TMZ.com that the star believed his ex could have hired a hitman to kill him, but Trigger's lawyer Vicki Greene is fuming at the suggestions.

She tells Eonline.com, "This is the father of her child and I think it's outrageous that these rumours are being spread. I can tell you that Sarah and I have not been contacted by the FBI. I don't think she's involved at all."

Meanwhile, Greene has taken aim at Pretty in Pink star Cryer in a separate interview with RadarOnline.com, suggesting the actor is envious of the attention his co-star Charlie Sheen has been getting since his arrest following a bust-up with his wife on Christmas Day.

She adds, "Maybe he's tired of Charlie Sheen getting all of the attention. None of this is going on. I can't even believe this whole story. It's a fabrication of his imagination."

Just a week after Cryer cryptically mentioned his "baby girl" during his Best Supporting Actor acceptance speech at the Emmy Awards, the 44 year old's publicist has confirmed he's a dad again.

Baby Daisy, born on 11 August, is Cryer's first child with 42-year-old Joyner, who he married in 2007.

The actor has a nine-year-old son, Charlie, from his first marriage to Sarah Trigger.

Cryer is the second TV star in as many weeks to adopt - Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl and her husband Josh Kelley took custody of 10-month-old Korean girl Nancy Leigh earlier this month.

Actor Jon Cryer is planning to adopt his first child with wife Lisa Joyner, according to U.S. reports.

The Pretty In Pink star will reportedly expand his family just months after assuming temporary custody of his nine-year-old son Charlie with his ex-wife, actress Sarah Trigger - who was arrested in May on felony neglect charges.

At the time, Trigger's two-year-old son with her current husband was found with rope and cord marks around his neck.

Trigger denies claims of neglect, calling the incident an "accident and a misunderstanding". She is seeking to regain custody of Charlie and the toddler.

A source tells the National Enquirer, "Jon and Lisa want to remove Charlie from what they believe is an unsafe living environment by getting full custody of him. And they are also adopting another child... The couple had already undergone the rigorous investigations required to adopt - and (have) been approved."

Cryer wed British-born Trigger in 1999 but they divorced in 2004. The actor married second wife, entertainment reporter Joyner, in 2007.

A spokesperson for the actor had not responded to requests for comment as WENN went to press.

Actor Jon Cryer's ex-wife has reportedly been arrested on suspicion of child neglect.

Sarah Trigger was held after officers visited her home in Hermosa Beach, California on Thursday, according to TMZ.com.

The website reports an unidentified child at the property was seen to have marks to the neck, prompting the arrest.

Trigger was booked for felony child neglect and later released on £100,000 (£66,000) bail.

Pretty in Pink star Cryer wed British-born Trigger in 1999 but they divorced in 2004. They have an eight-year-old son, Charlie Austin, but police would not comment on whether the child was involved in the allegations that led to Trigger's arrest.
