Carrie's American Idol season 4 audition was the start of her phenomenal journey in the singing competition series, which ended with her winning. Now Carrie has taken Katy Perry's place at the American Idol season 23 judging table, alongside Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan.

In an Instagram post, Carrie revealed that she dreams that she's auditioning for American Idol again. She shared a video of her American Idol season 4 audition with "I Can't Make You Love Me" by Bonnie Raitt, which then turned into her singing the song at the judges' table during season 23. Lionel then jokingly told Carrie that she was going to Hollywood and gave her a golden ticket.

Leslie Fram, CMT’s senior VP of music strategy and talent for some 13 years, penned a farewell letter to the staff that she posted on social media Tuesday, just days after the channel was gutted by the network-wide layoffs at its parent company Paramount Global.

Fram is a longtime major player in the country-music community who oversaw the channel’s music programming overs on all verticals as well as the CMT Music Awards and franchises like CMT Storytellers, Giants and Crossroads, among other responsibilities. Paralyzed Veterans of America today announced that award-winning country music artist Martina McBride will headline Pva’s Igniting Change Gala on April 12 at MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hills, Maryland. McBride has sold more than 23 million albums in the United States and won countless awards, including the Country Music Association Award for Female Vocalist of the Year award four times and the Academy of Country Music’s “Top Female Vocalist” award three times. It’s the night of the 2023 CMA Awards and all of the biggest names in country music will be descending on Nashville for the show.

Luke Bryan is teaming up again with football player Peyton Manning to host the show, which is taking place on Wednesday (November 8) at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.

The nominations this year are led by Lainey Wilson, who is one of only four artists in CMA history to ever receive nine or more nominations in a single year.

The theme for Season 22 of “Hell’s Kitchen” is “The American Dream” and 18 diverse contestants have come from all over America to follow their dream to work for Chef Gordon Ramsay. In the season premiere episode, contestants will set out to impress Chef Ramsay in the Signature Dish Challenge after being divided into two teams. After meeting some inspirational American icons including boxer Oscar De La Hoya and country music superstar Martina McBride, the winning team will be rewarded with a private dinner party with Chef Ramsay, while the losing team is left behind to clean up the filthy kitchens in the all-new “The Dream Begins” season-premiere episode of Hell’s Kitchen airing Thursday, September 28 (8:00 Pm – 9:02 Pm) on Fox.

The first teaser and key art for the “American Dream” season of “Hell’s Kitchen” has arrived, TheWrap can exclusively reveal. Season 22 of the series is set to premiere Sept. 28 on Fox.

“Winning ‘Hell’s Kitchen’ is the American dream,” a contestant confidently says into the camera during this first teaser.

The 30-second clip then cuts between several wild scenes, from cheerleaders performing a routine in the studio to food fights and someone pouring what appears to be milk onto one of the contestants. Baked into the mix are several Gordon Ramsay staples such as the celebrity chef yelling repeatedly about raw meat and labelling a dish “disgusting.” Watch the promo above.

In the “American Dream” season of the series, contestants will be divided into red and blue teams and will compete in various themed challenges, including a BBQ competition, creating their own signature dish and performing dinner service at the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant.

Wynonna Judd knew going on tour soon after her mother died wouldn’t be easy. She also didn’t know it would be healing.

“I have to admit, I’ve had an incredible, incredible opportunity to heal through all of this, to cry and to say things onstage that I’ll never say again,” she tells The Hollywood Reporter. “This is a whole other level of deep, and I wasn’t expecting it. I knew it would be intense but this is literally, ‘Oh, my Lord.’ This is me with a broken heart being as open as I’ll probably ever be, and other people are responding to that in a way that I wasn’t expecting.”

New 2023 dates have been added to “The Judds: The Final Tour” along with new special guests. Ashley McBryde, Brandi Carlile, Kelsea Ballerini, Little Big Town, and Tanya Tucker will join Wynonna Judd on select dates of the tour celebrating the life and legacy of Naomi Judd.

Martina McBride is also confirmed to return as a very special guest for all 2023 tour dates. Tickets are currently on sale at TheJudds.com.
