Donald Arthur

Was the German voice actor of Kent Brockman in (The Simpsons (1989)), Chef in (South Park (1997)), Kôichi Zenigata in the first German dub of Lupin III: The Castle of Cagliostro (1979), and Igor in Count Duckula (1988).
He was the only American actor to voice a recurring character in the German dub of The Simpsons (1989).
