Behold - answers! Orphan Black has gotten away with posing a significant amount of questions, one, because they’re all especially intriguing and, two, because the main players are so wildly likable and engaging, but I’ve got to say, it’s nice to finally get some answers, and ones that take the narrative a significant step forward nonetheless. We begin at the Castor military compound - but it’s empty. It’s easy to figure out that Sarah’s dreaming as she chases Kira around the facility and then winds up in a room where she sees Rudy’s blood being transferred into her own body. Even though Sarah soon snaps out of it and wakes up in her cell, she quickly comes to realize it really happened. Virginia pumped her full of Castor blood. Meanwhile, Paul’s in Arlington meeting with his contact who’s played by Tom Barnett and credited as “Benchman.

Tom Barnett is the CEO of Barrett Management Company, based out of Phoenix, Arizona. The company runs 24 Burger King restaurants in Arizona, and recently won Burger King's "Franchisee of the Year" award. The prize was a new Corvette and a Rolex. "We joked with him, asking if we could take it for a drive," one of Barnett's employees, Eric Tejeda, told AZFamily.com. Barnett did slightly more than that: He sold the Corvette and the watch, and along with a few others, added some of their own funds to the pot, and handed it out to over 100 of their employees.

Google's planned $700 million acquisition of travel technology firm Ita Software may have just hit a roadblock. According to reports, officials at the Us Justice Deparment are preparing to challenge the deal, which has caused a endless protests from a number of Google competitors.
Sources told Bloomberg Thursday that Us regulators are prepping for a possible anti-trust lawsuit against Google. Why won't the government let the search giant purchase Ita?
Consumer watchdogs and Google competitors have had a fit over the rumored acquisition. Ita provides software to allow consumers to search for airfares and flight times. Many sites, from Microsoft Bing to Kayak, use Ita's technology. If Google were allowed to buy Ita, it could give the company an unfair advantage in the travel search business.
"In our view, Google's proposed acquisition of Ita presents a serious threat of harm to competition and consumers," Tom Barnett, counsel to Expedia, tells Fast Company.

Leslie, My Name Is Evil, is not a horror film, but it is a film that horror fans can appreciate for the same reasons that a mainstream audience might not. It has been getting a lot of press recently, especially since John Waters publicly expressed his outrage at the film, which might be misleading as to what exactly is so shocking about it. Also, reviews are mixed in a 'love it or hate it' way; I personally loved it and will try my best to demystify the common misconceptions about the film...
First off, Leslie, My Name Is Evil does not claim to be an accurate historical film; rather it falls in the 'let's take an historical event/person and add a fictional story around it to retell it in a different way' category.

Let’s get this straight, Angels: Local 437 gives us two angels, Nate and Joel, in their winged, white tuxedos bantering back and forth for approximately three minutes. And…? That’s all? I’m not sure I’m entertained. Granted, there have only been two episodes so far, but all we have is an okay premise and zero action. It’s just two guys talking about their jobs in heaven. Because they’re angels. This show comes from Toronto-based Lifeforce TV (which also produceds Canadian tech-centric Byte Club, gossipy Table Topics, and realationship/dating/sexual advice show Men’s Room). The name makes it sound christian-based, but I can’t find any info that would confirm or deny my suspicions. Regardless, Angles is about two angels (both played by men - Tom Barnett and Ennis Esmer - though I think “true” angels don’t have seuxal organs or are eunuchs or something like that) who,...

Toronto-based Lifeforce Entertainment has launched a new web series network called Lifeforce TV. In addition to housing Lifeforce's already existing shows Byte Club (profiles of Canadian tech companies) and Men's Room (men who love women with advice on dating, relationships, and sex, respectively), Lifeforce TV is celebrating its debut by adding two new web series to their lineup. Angels - Local 437 (above) is a show about watercooler conversations, office politics, and workplace drama. However, this isn't an Office Space retread here; Angels takes the job humor and applies it to a slightly different corporate environment - Heaven. If Tom Barnett and Ennis Esmer bantering about God's crab dip at the Christmas party sounds good to you, by all means go check it out. Table Topics, a talk show about current events, gossip, style, and whatever else the hosts want to talk about, balances out the testosterone of Men's Room by providing some more female-oriented programming.
