- Attended the highly accredited Hollywood stunt academy taught by veteran stuntman Paul Stader from age 12 to age 18 and was the youngest stuntman in the academy.
- Featured in the book "The Cure" by Timothy Brantley. Todd is a case subject in the book because he had life-threatening Asthma and was cured naturally.
- Inducted into the famous "Jason's Hit List" by taking a machete in the stomach while playing Neil in Friday the 13th Part V: A New Beginning (1985).
- Sparring partner for World Heavyweight Kickboxing Champion Dennis Alexio from 1987-1992.
- First became interested in acting after starring in a stage production of "Oliver!" at age 10.
- Best known for his intense and devilish portrayal of Klingon Captain Klaa in the sequel Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989).
- Todd was hired to stunt coordinate Everything Must Go (2010) starring Will Ferrell and coincidentally was cast as the "Repo Guy" who takes Will's company car. Todd can be seen in the movie sharing screen time with Ferrell in a rare performance. Normally, Todd is stunt doubling for Mr. Ferrell and the two are never in the same shot together.
- Todd and brother Shaun competed in amateur surfing WSA (Western Surfing Association) in their early teenage years. They were both sponsored by Ocean Surfboards in Santa Monica, CA. and they rode surfboards personally shaped by Tim Phares and Ben Aipa.
- He made his acting debut at 10 in the title role of Oliver at the Morgan Theatre in Santa Monica.
