Moved to Texas to work in the oil business outside of Houston, yet active with several studios and agents in developing programs for production.

Remarried on June 18, 2011 to Nicole Pirnot (a native Pennsylvanian) in Niagara Falls, New York.

Formed Well-Funded Entertainment in Houston, Texas with the backing of several private oil and gas companies headquartered throughout the southern U.S. (February 2008)

Currently operates Jolly Mad Productions in Beverly Hills with multiple business partners in the Los Angeles area. Recently aquired the rights to an International Bestseller for series adaptation for cable. (November 2003)
