Logyn is a composer for film and television originally from Honolulu, HI. Though growing up a jazz drummer/vibraphonist, it wasn't until the Pandemic that he discovered classical music. After studying at Interlochen Center for the Arts, he dove deep into composers such as Ravel, Messiaen, and Goldsmith to name a few. The collaborative aspects of jazz and Post-Impressionist styles led him to film, where most of his work resides now. Logyn was recently a finalist in the 2024 American Prize, One Found Sound's 'Emerging Composer Award', and Nominated Best Original Score for the 2024 IndieX Film Festival. Alongside trailer/short film projects, he and is working with a coveted Hollywood composer on upcoming studio film projects.
