Marsden is carrying that momentum into 2025, where he is set to star in the upcoming Hulu Original series, Paradise, alongside Sterling K. Brown. Hulu has unveiled the second official trailer for Paradise ahead of the show’s January 28 premiere, which shows Marsden as President of the United States and Brown as a Secret Service Agent. The show will also star Krys Marshall, Julianne Nicholson, and Sarah Shahi, with Nicole Brydon Bloom, Charlie Evans, and Rafael Cabrera in the supporting cast.

Harry Bosch is returning to Amazon Freevee on Oct. 20 – and he’s taking matters into his own hands to save his daughter in a new teaser for “Bosch: Legacy” Season 2.

The drama series’ second season finds Bosch (Titus Welliver) working alongside Honey “Money” Chandler (Mimi Rogers) to track down a masked assailant who kidnapped his daughter Maddie (Madison Lintz) before time runs out. But as the FBI scrutinizes Carl Rogers’ murder, Bosch and Chandler are placed under suspicion.

In the clip, Jerry Edgar (Jamie Hector) tells Bosch that he needs to let authorities do their job to find his daughter, to which he replies: “Don’t cut me out!.” He also makes clear that while the FBI has to do things the “right way,” those rules don’t apply to him.

Bosch: Legacy, the spinoff series in the Bosch franchise, has earned a third season renewal from Amazon Freevee, the free ad-supported television platform, ahead of its second season premiere this fall.

Bosch: Legacy follows Harry Bosch, played by Titus Welliver, as a retired homicide detective turned private investigator on the next chapter of his career. The series also features attorney Honey “Money” Chandler, played by Mimi Rogers, and Madison Lintz as Maddie Bosch, a rookie police officer.

During the second season, Bosch and Chandler work together to seek out a killer who just might find them first. The flagship series from Michael Connelly, writer and executive producer, ran for seven seasons on Amazon proper and starred Welliver as Bosch.

“The story of Harry Bosch has evolved over the years, and his journey is far from over. This renewal of Bosch: Legacy is a testament to the enduring power of the world Michael Connelly built.

Bosch: Legacy has been renewed for Season 3 at Freevee, well ahead of the series’ sophomore run (which is still on track to premiere this fall).

According to Amazon, which announced the pickup as part of its NewFront presentation on Monday, the first season of Bosch: Legacy (which streamed in May 2022) “built on the loyal fan base of the original series and enticed new audiences,” delivering a “higher number of viewers than any previous season of Bosch” (which of course streamed on Prime Video proper).

Harry Bosch will continue to crack cases for the foreseeable future. Ahead of the Season 2 premiere this fall, Bosch: Legacy, the spinoff of the longrunning Amazon crime series, has been renewed for a third season. Amazon Freevee announced the renewal Monday, prior to the Amazon NewFront presentation.

Additionally, David Denman (Mare of Easttown), Patrick Brennan (The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2), Rafael Cabrera (Too Old to Die Young), Bruce Davison (X–Men) Jessica Camacho (All Rise) and Guy Wilson (Angelyne) have joined the cast for the upcoming Season 2.

“Bosch: Legacy” has been renewed for Season 3 at Amazon Freevee ahead of the show’s Season 2 premiere.

The announcement was made ahead of Amazon’s NewFront presentation in New York on May 1. The first season of “Bosch: Legacy” debuted on Freevee in May 2022, with Season 2 set to air this fall. Like its predecessor, the Prime Video series “Bosch,” the Freevee series is based on the Bosch novels written by Michael Connelly.

Los Angeles’ Skid Row is rarely a place filmmakers go looking for inspirational stories. It has been home to the city’s homeless population since the 1930s and has only grown in size thanks to the housing crisis. In “Skid Row Marathon,” director Mark Hayes decides to explore not Skid Row in particular, but a judge who has formed a running club with some Skid Row residents to train for marathons, and offers insights into this unique group of people who have struggled in life.

Though some of the stories are inspirational, Hayes takes on a “white savior” view too often, making the documentary feel misguided and detached.

It’s always a little bit strange for me to see how a writer or director who isn’t from L.A. or has only lived here a few years, takes on a subject that is very much an L.A. thing.
