- Has two children with her husband Peter Dinklage - a daughter (b. December 2011) and second child whose gender and name unknown (birth announced in September 2017).

- Erica was a member of 'laughing stock' which is a comedy group at Vassar they constantly competed with a rival group each weekend in amazing performances. After college Erica worked at julliard as a costume designer while she lived in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
