Max’s reboot of Clone High is set to premiere on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 with the release of the first two episodes. One new show airing is Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury. And while it’s exciting to have the first new entry in a while, some fans are worried about its quality.

Mecha anime often vary wildly in quality. While the original Gundam and shows like Neon Genesis Evangelion rank among the best anime of all time, the same can’t be said for every series.
